Villa Albertina  

To all the family member, none was joyful staying in this villa. They didn't even help us to check time table of train from Santa Lucia to Firenze!!! This is the worst staying experience to my travelling for last years ever!!!My younger is 5 years old now and she hardly eats anything for breakfast and they charged us for 10euro because of her!!! We did book a room for three because we don't need the 4th bed (we're travelling as 4), and we didn't think that they should charge us for that 10euro when the kid only ate a yougurt and a slice of bisuit with berry jam~~ And none of the staff greet to us, not to mention smile to us!! This was really a nightmare for our stay in Venezia and did ruin our impression to such wonderful city. I recommend booking.com should delete this hotel from their list.

You have to pay 2 eur for an espresso during breakfast - it is a daylight robery in Italy. Also 1 eur for a map with hotel advertisement and so on.

We stay 3 nights with another couple friends of us. Te rooms were in a basement and some of the walls had damp coming up on top of the smell of damp. In the bathroom there was a pipe coming from somewhere else dewatering in the shower. The breakfast was very poor.

We enjoyed the location, quieter than Venice. Only a short short bus ride from the Vaperatto #51 drop off. We had a laundromat outside the block, a lovely bakery, espresso stand, deli and restaurant! It was a perfect location away from noise. The villa would have been more wonderful if they had included free internet, at least an hour? The breakfast was fair but they do charge extra for espresso. The owners are nice people, we saw them only in the morning. The other staff was fair. It was convenient to all.

Like most hotels in Italy, we would have preferred screens on the windows to keep those biting mosquitos away. And we would have been a bit more happier with free Wifi and espresso with breakfast. Again, the owners are pleasant and kind. Its a nice Villa situated among other tight apartments. It is not a stand alone building as it may seem on the advertisement but still fair.

Very easy to travel into Venice by ferry bus

Nothing going on. Bar was never open and nothing else going on close by.

Csendes nyugodt környezet pár nap eltöltéséhez megfelelő. A közlekedés egyszerű és könnyen átlátható így minden megközelíthető.

Messze van a központtól így viszonylag sokat kell utazni de nyilván ezért olcsóbb a szállás. Ha az utazásra fordított költségeket hozzá tesszük a szállás költségeihez akkor válaszhattunk volna egy drágább és a központhoz közelebb lévő szállást is.

Lo staff non era presente nel vero senso della parola e se c' era non sapeva fare il proprio lavoro. La direzione si è scalata I soldi dalla carta di credito, che avevo lasciato come garanzia al momento della prenotazione, senza chiedere prima il mio permesso e non ha voluto oltretutto rilasciarmi la fattura(che a me serviva) ma bensì una ricevuta di cui non me ne faccio proprio nulla

Es una construccion muy hermosa, en una isla de clase economica mas bien alta. Tiene muchas casas hermosisimas para disfrutar el panorama. Pudimos conocer como vive la gente ahi, y como se transportan a Venecia. Es una comunidad muy tipica, lugareña donde todos parecen conocerse. Es muy tranquila y ayuda a relajarse de los paseos entre la multitud de Venecia. El precio hasta me parecio equivocado, porque es muy atractivo para lo que ofrecen.

Lo unico no tan bueno es que quien nos atendió no habla español ni ingles, solo italiano. El encargado si, pero no estaba todo el tiempo, asi que tuvimos un poquito de dificultad para comunicarnos. Aparte de eso, muy bonito y muy confortable.

Die Villa ist mit dem Bus von der Vaporettostation gut erreichbar. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war schön und sehr sauber. Man geht zum Strand ca. 5 Minuten. Für ein 2 Sterne Haus durchaus empfehlenswert.

Das andere gebuchte Zimmer war im Untergeschoss und nicht besonders schön, jedoch auch sehr sauber. Schade war, dass beim an sich tollen Frühstücksbuffet bei den Semmeln gespart wurde - es gab zwei Jourgebäcksemmeln pro Person, für unsere Tochter wurde auch nicht extra gedeckt.

Die Architekur des Hauses. Schöner Garten mit liebevollen Blumen und romantische Sitzmöglichkeiten. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, ruhige Lage, Busstation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sanitäreinrichtungen o.k.

Wir haben ein 3 Bettzimmer gebucht, das dritte Bett war aber nur ein umgeklappter unbequemer Polstersessel. Der Kasten war innen unsauber.

Nous avons aimé le cadre et sa situation géographique pour accéder à l'embarcadère pour Venise;.15mn à pied .

Servicii excelente, vila superba, camera superba, totul la superlativ. M-am simtit extraordinar.

La situation au Lido est bien pour découvrir Venise mais l hotel est un peu vieillot

Confort moyen les chambres du bas sentent m humidité
