the charm of (most) of the desk staff, the position, the quiet location, the garden, the authentic italian feel of the hotel, the bedroom and balcony overlooking the garden, the view at the from accross the lido to venice - magic! breakfast was ok but nothing special; they could have offered crackers and not charged extra for special eggs; then again, having breakfast in the lovely garden was a pleasure. They should change the music at the lovely garden bar; Richard Clayderman, yuk! |

The rooms with balcony were nice The beach is far from the hotel (about 15 minutes walk) and also beach facilities (umbrella, towel and beach chair ) are very expensive (normally it should be free for hotel guests, but in Villa Mabapa the price was 15 euro per person per day) |
