Excellent location at the seaside just outside the noise and rumble of the city. Laid back, good service I found the room a little small, especially the bathroom. Service luxury and service otherwise good. |

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and the staff was quite helpful. One morning we went for breakfast 15 min, after it was finished and one of the waiters was so nice to serve us breakfast in the garden. On the next morning we had an early flight and we had box breakfast ready, which was nice(we ordered it the night before). |

Good hotel. Location not great if wanting to visit the main area of Venice. Very, very, very disappointed that summer season ended on 10th Sept. as we wanted a beach holiday at the end of our cruise. Weather absolutely wonderful, very hot but no beach facilities available!! |

The grounds are very pretty. It was very close to the dock with express service to P.San Marco. The breakfast was also very good. Our room smelled of mold, possibly because of all the water in the area. Also, they charged 18 Euro per person for use of the beach club which I thought should be included in the room rate. We also had a problem with the shower constantly changing temperature from hot to cold. By the time we realized this problem we were already unpacked and did not want to make a complaint.This may be a common problem w/ older hotels in Italy b/c we experienced it with one other hotel. |

The hotel is well situated in the quieter part of the Lido which offers the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. Location is easy to walk into the centre of the Lido, or take a bus which stops outside and then catch the water bus to Venice. Or have a water taxi drop off and pick up right in front of the hotel to take you to Venice. As this was a bed and breakfast hotel, we found the breakfast unsubstantial in that it was the same cold buffet every morning - with no real variety, no fresh fruit salad and no offer of cooked food - apart from sloppy scrambled eggs. Eating there every morning for a week becomes very unappealing. |

Villa Mabapa was perfect. All staff spoke very good english and were very helpful. The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was excellent. A great place to stay if you are travelling by car. Have their own car park and was free to park. I would stay here again. |

The closesness to the beach and vaporetto was very handy, nice garden with view. The free rental of bikes was also very good. Our room was quite small, especially the bathroom is outdated |

Villa Mabapa gave a different perception of a city holiday. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and the decoration of the rooms were more simplistic. It was a nice and comfortable hotel; however, we also managed to book a 4 * hotel in the centre of Venice for a little less money. |

Good location with adequate rooms and easy travel links.Pleasant outdoor bar (but with mixed service). Tired facilities (shower for example), mixture of helpful and surly staff, disapointing breakfast choice, and charge for beach use is excessive for what you get. Hotel needs an update and more customer friendly attitude in key areas. |

It is well run,very clean, breakfast well presented and just a very lovely place to stay whilst visiting venice---- a little more information regarding getting a 50 euro ticket to use the water buses would have saved a lot of money.Would certainly stay there again. |

Everything, food, staff and rooms and situation, also weather fabulous, hope you organised that!! Just views from rooms, over looked by apartments, but we made full use of the corridor balcony with its fab view of the bay looking towards Venice |

We loved the situation across a quiet road from the lagoon and the easy access to the water transport. It is in a very nice position and The Lido is one of the nicest islands we visited. When we were there the weather was very warm and under the floor ran the hotwater pipes which made our room extremely hot and uncomfortable since there wasn't any air conditioning. We were there in May but was told the air conditioning is not turned on until June, which seemed utterly stupid. |
