Enjoy a memorable lagoon holiday in elegant Villa Mabapa, a completely refurbished Art Nouveau building, set in a green flowery garden scattered in cedars, overlooking the lagoon from Lido Island.

The Villa is conveniently located on the main road and close to the vaporetto (water bus) departures from where you can reach Piazza San Marco and the major landmarks of Venice in a few minutes, during the whole day.

Villa Mabapa is the main of the premises, connected by a covered path to 2 other buildings part of the resort (Villa Morea and Casa Pradel). The establishment is the ideal place to enjoy Lido with its beach and sporting facilities, also thanks to its professional and caring staff.

Relax sipping a drink in the comfortable lounges, both indoors and outdoors, grasping beautiful views of Saint Mark’s Basin. Delight in the quality restaurant The Pitosforo, with summer terrace and candle light dinners in the garden, offering a wide choice of Venetian and international cuisine.

Villa Mabapa is located in Venice Lido, the largest island of the Lagoon and setting of the yearly Film Festival. The hotel is 10 minutes' walk from the sea and 800 metres from Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta, the main square, with elegant boutiques and the public boat terminal with vaporetti for all Venice destinations, including and the main islands of the lagoon: Murano, Burano, Torcello.

the charm of (most) of the desk staff, the position, the quiet location, the garden, the authentic italian feel of the hotel, the bedroom and balcony overlooking the garden, the view at the from accross the lido to venice - magic!

breakfast was ok but nothing special; they could have offered crackers and not charged extra for special eggs; then again, having breakfast in the lovely garden was a pleasure. They should change the music at the lovely garden bar; Richard Clayderman, yuk!

The rooms with balcony were nice

The beach is far from the hotel (about 15 minutes walk) and also beach facilities (umbrella, towel and beach chair ) are very expensive (normally it should be free for hotel guests, but in Villa Mabapa the price was 15 euro per person per day)
