Beau bâtiment avec très joli jardin au milieu des vignes Petit déjeuner assez sommaire, l'hotel est loin de l' aéroport d'où; j' ai payé 60 euros de taxi ! (la nuit vallait avec PD: 55 €) |

hotel très calme, personnel très sympa , chambre 5 personnes très utiles avec les enfants . belle vue sur les vignobles avoisinants . Facilité pour rejoindre la gare de Frascati avec la navette. Dommage qu'elle ne soit pas plus fréquente. Le petit bus local s'est sympa et pas cher. |

Even local taxi drivers don't know the location of the hotel and it is hard for them to find it. However there are a lot of animals around the hotel. Breakfast is pretty poor/shabby. Internet service in front of the reception desk is for only one person. It requres a very skill/knack to open/close room doors because door-key system is extraordinarily old-fashoned. The light of bathroom suddenly turns off in a certain time (about 10mins). Placement of toilet and shower seems pretty insanitary. |

It was a basic hotel and nothing more. Breakfast was not served until 7:30 AM and we had to leave before that- they packed us a very light breakfast - would not take the breakfast cost off our bill. Was not worth whatever it cost. |

Nice garden and nice animals. Far from Frascati. Hard to find without a map. Badly maintained. Could have been much nicer if the lawn was cut, if there were enough towels in the room and if the hotel had been cleaner and better maintained. |

Nice calm place, only 30 minutes away fron the very center of Rome. Friendly staff. Free transfer from hotel to railway station from where you depart to Rome. Breakfast should be improved. |
