The hotel was beautiful. Views are fantastic, and staying in Cortona feels like the perfect Italian vacation. The staff there is perfection, the could not have been more kind or helpful. |

The staff were most helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - for example, they made an excellent recommendation for a trattoria for supper and booked us our table. |

I thought the hotel was very nice, and the staff extremely helpful. They went out of their way to be helpful and were pretty knowledgeable. The room had a lovely view, and was extremely clean and bright. The bed was a bit too soft, and the breakfast was pretty standard. We stayed in hotels in Perugia, and other areas of Umbria and Tuscany which had as good or better accomodations, which charged between 100-120 Euros (we paid 200 Euros for our room at Villa Marili in the beginning of May). Thus I feel that your hotel is overpriced for what we got. |

Hotel is beautiful. Wonderful breakfast. Fantastic service and staff who are very helpful. Cortona exceeded our expectations. Restaurants were excellent and fun shopping. Some traffic noise from street. |

Driving directions are incorrect, and the hotel is very hard to find - up a steep hill, hard-to find parking. |

The service levels in this hotel are truly outstanding - all staff were excellent, providing superior service without ever straying into servility or arrogant superiority. I've stayed at a lot of hotels - this was outstanding for service, and a lovely place to stay. |

the staff could not do enough for you, they treated us like friends and family and we hated to leave, and we honestly felt they felt the same way. we also made some nice friends with other guests. |

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Room was okay. Bathroom floor did not seem clean. There were spots on it when we arrived and they were still there when we left. Needed a fan in the room. |

Es un hotel encantador en un pueblo muy bonito. Lo recomiendo para pasar unos (1,2) dias. La recepcionista muy atenta y simpatica, el desayuno fantastico. Si vuelvo a cortona me alojaré en el villa marsilli. Todo fué muy bien |
