Excellent friendly staff and no request was a problem for them. Suite was large with wonderful views. Breakfast was beautifully presented and excellent quality

The location was fantastic, staff could not be more helpful. Would definately recommend the hotel as a perfect place to explore Cortona and surrounding areas. Will stay here again.

The showers were the ones which could not be adjusted for height and the water kept going hot then cold.

We loved Villa Marsili and will definitely return. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The facility was lovely. Our nicely-appointed Superior Standard and Deluxe rooms had fantastic, large window views of the valley beneath Cortona. We were treated wonderfully here, like family. The breakfast was great, the location was perfect, and the staff gladly helped us coordinate our daily excursions. Cortona is a beautiful little town with shopping and great restaurants. I will recommend to all my friends traveling in the area.

Great location and great rooms, defo recommend. Even managed to get a lift to and from the airport with Michele the manager.

What beautiful little hotel, easy to find and good location with fantastic veiws. Stefano greeted us with a huge smile and couldn't help us enough, he was wonderful as was the beautiful Yoana. These people make your stay so much nicer, so much so that we stayed for three nights instead of one. Breakfast is great and there is a huge selection to choose from, the wait staff are so attentive, also we noticed on one of the mornings one of the owners was also in the kitchen helping out, she was also really helpful in pointing out things we should see or go to. In the evenings they serve nibbles with drinks and after that you can have a liqueur with biscotti, nice way to end the day. Wifi is really stable and super fast, parking is very close and not an issue and the location of the hotel is only a short walk into beautiful Cortona. All in all and I can't recommend this hotel enough and we look forward to coming back and staying longer.

Parking.

The staff at this place are second to none. They take the utmost care of their clients, trying in every way possible to make their stay a good one. Each employee took care to know my name, ask if there was anything I needed (every day), and the rooms, breakfast, lobby,etc. Were all wonderful. Julia (at reception) was the crown jewel of my experience at this hotel and in all of Cortona, and I will be forever grateful for her and for this Hotel. Grazie.

Shower was typically small for Italian leisure property. No washclothes (an American thing).

Both the staff and the accommodations were outstanding. It's an elegant hotel in a beautiful location. Staying there was the high point of our trip to Italy.

I cannot speak highly enough about Villa Marsili. Everything was wonderful - the staff, accommodation, service, location/view. The advcie offered by staff was generous and welcome - providing opportunities we may not have considered. I would love to return to Villa Marsili - next time for more than 3 days.

The location in Contona was great. The staff were very accommodating and were very happy to met any of our requests/enquiries. The breakfasts were of a high standard and the hotel had a sociable atmosphere about it. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Contona.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cortona! The building itself, the views, the convenience to town center were all amazing. The best part was the friendliness and amazing personalities of the staff.

The very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The excellent breakfasts and the very very comfortable bedroom.

These things are results of the location rather than problems with the hotel - the lack of a quiet garden in which to sit: the climb up to the town: the lack of parking on site although the hotel staff were very, very helpful about this.

Fantastic hotel - very beautiful room and hotel lobby, nice staff and fabulous breakfast! Location was good too, close to the town center but on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again if visit Cotona!

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and very good by Italian standards. Some lovely little touches that made it an even better experience, E.G. aperitivi laid out early evening and vin Santo with biscotti at night. Good breakfast. Great views and good location - easy to find by car but also close to town centre. Very highly recommended.

A home from home in a stunning town, easy access to cortona's main sites but away from noise.LOVE This hotel and the staff are always the most helpful and welcomeing in italy! Boutique feel to a very traditional tuscan villa. Will always make an excuse to come back!

Hotel staff very helpful. Even parked my car for me. Breakfast was outstanding. Wine bar was excellent value, superior choices.
