Location is perfect if you don't want to encounter crowds of tourists every morning and evening. The area is comfortable, close to Roman University, city's historical clinic and Mussolini's villa. The building itself is interesting, because cult Italian philosopher Gramsci lived there. Rooms look fancy, with stylish decor and furniture, well equiped. Only tea-boiler is obviously missing. Breakfast is served on the highest floor terrace with view of Rome and Alban hills.

Breakfast could've been better, after 7 days it became too one-sided. The area is not full of restaurants, if you need diverse choice every day.

I liked the size of the room and the ease of getting in and out. The breakfast upstairs was very nice.

I did not like the size of the shower - very small and hard to move around in! I also did not like that the community computer for guests was right outside my room on the first floor and there was always noise when people were out there on the computer.

Wifi signal was poor in our room. A few of the hotel front desk individuals were rude. Do NOT have them get you a taxi...they charge from the call and where they are to come to get you and take you...to go 1 km was 10euro due to this...

There is only one thing I didn't like......in all the room I have been stayed, there isn't a surface where you could put the optical mouse to work.........just this thing

20 minutes by walk to Termini station.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Centrally located with metro, tram and bus just a few minutes' walk away. There are even night busses for the late nights. The villa is quiet despite being near to a busy junction - but we had rooms facing the garden. The room can sleep 4 if u get a double bed with a couch bed. Breakfast was included (simple one). Staff was very friendly. And free wifi in our room too - even tho we were told it was not working. There was even a supermarket across the street! All in - comfortable hotel at a good price.

Breakfast was simple but ok. Dun expect too much - at least it was free. Parking was not free - but at least safe and I won't recommend driving into Rome. Too complicated with it's restrictions. Hotel staff can valet park for u. Otherwise no major complaints - wald stay here again next time.

Close to metro and good local eateries. Conveniently close to the conference venue. Quiet residential hotel. Plenty of hot water! Friendly helpful staff.

I love the location and the cleanliness. The breakfast was great. The service were really excellent at any time of day. The staff spoke English which was a big help and they help on our needs of transportation. I will recommend to my friends this hotel and to any one who asks me.

Reception staff fantastic

The marble, parquet flooring, the helpfulness of the Reception staff, the location, etc.

Location and charme good breakfast

I been twice in this hotel, and always got the room near the reception which is very noisy.

The Staff was quick to respond to any of our questions on finding a bank, etc. They were fine about serving us in the bar when they had told us originally the bar would be closed certain hours. Breakfast was very nice with a smiling staff member to make sure things were okay. It's a beautiful property, lovely classical touches everywhere.

The bathroom was beautifully done in marble but it was quite small and a rather tight fit. Also, there was a lovely makeup mirror with a light which was impossible to access because it was mounted too high on the wall.

L'hotel è molto bello ed è in un'ottima posizione. La camera enorme, così come il bagno. La colazione è divina!!!

близко от метро -200 метров. убералсь каждый день. завтраки- нормальные, я наедался. омлет, яйца, круасаны, булочки, сыр, ветчина, колбаса, джемы, и пр. все съедобно. завтракали на трассе на крыше, очень мило. есть даже сауна, но правда не ходили.

если пешком до центра, то далеко. номера маленькие, впрочем как с/у.

la posizione eccellente in quanto vicinissima alla Metro. Silenziosa.

Stanze ben arredate ma molto piccole. Poca luce nella stanza ma soprattutto nei bagni

Vicino la fermata metropolitana linea B Silenzioso Ottima colazione Elegante Posto macchia custodito Situato in un quartiere tranquillo.

Parcheggio costoso Ristorante non presente nella struttura.

Hôtel très calme en retrait de la circulation. A 50 mètres de la station de métro policlinico, et idem pour bus et tram. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour etre a termini;

L'albergo è un palazzo storico curato, lontano dalla strada e dai sui rumori. Gli interni, altrettanto curati, sono eleganti per le rifiniture di marmo e legno e per la cura dei dettagli. Abbiamo scelto la soluzione superior e abbiamo avuto una stanza ampia, funzionale, ben arredata, climatizzatore efficiente e rapido, letto King Size con materasso e cuscini di qualità, televisore 40”, e nel nostro caso anche un grande balcone arredato con sedie in vimini e tavolino. Bagno abbastanza grande con vasca idromassaggio e scalda asciugamani. Servizio in camera efficiente con cambio di lenzuola giornaliero. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sauna e bagno turco puliti e perfettamente funzionanti con annessa una sala relax. La colazione era servita in roofgarden panoramico coperto e riscaldato. La colazione era sia di tipo continentale sia italiano con uso di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Da segnalare la posizione comoda, poco distante dalla fermata della metropolitana.

Doccia in una camera non funzionava il miscelatore ed in un'altra lo scarico. La camera all'ultimo piano è bella per il terrazzo privato ma è troppo vicina alla sala colazione e si sentono le persone parlare e poi alle sei già si sente l'odore dei cornetti
