中心地から少し離れてますが、メトロ駅まで近く、不便さは感じませんでした。スタッフも親切な方が多かった- です。お部屋も清潔感があり、内装も重厚感があり素敵でした。

デラックスルームで予約していたのですが、急な事情があるとの事で、チェックイン時に一泊目の部屋の変更を- 余儀なくされました。その部屋が驚くほど狭く、もちろんディスカウントをしてもらいましたが、窮屈さと、翌- 日の部屋の移動等の面倒を考えると、その割引率にも見合わないほどでした。それがなければ、素晴らしいホテ- ルだと思います。また有料インターネットが１２時間で３０ユーロ（１時間４ユーロ）と高く、その割にはとて- も速度が遅く、繋がりが悪かったので、無料にするか、改善してほしいところです。

朝食会場に内容が野菜も豊富で良かったです。交通が、地下鉄から近くとても便利でした。フロントスタッフが- 、よくいろいろ教えてくれました。特に夕方から働いている綺麗な感じの女性には大変お世話になりました。

フロントに電話をしようとしましたがフロントの番号がわからなかったが、一回聞けばよかったんだと思うし、- 自分が見落としたのかもしれないです。

サウナ、ジャグジー付きということで、選びましたが、実際には、お湯が十分に出ない日が数日ありまして、寒- いし、サウナは、有料。1人15ユーロでした。常に開放しているわけでなくて、リクエスト制になっています- 。ダブルの部屋でしたが、目の前が、ゴミ捨て場と、洗濯場になっていて、景色が悪く、半地下で、暗いです。- 一階の部屋は、避けたほうがよいでしょう。交通量が多くて危ないので、子連れの方は、遠慮したほうがいいで- しょう。テルミニから二駅離れると不便です。

サウナが有料だったこと　お湯が足りなくて寒い思いをしたこと　ホテルの契約タクシーは、BMWでいいのですが、空港まで全部込みで50ユーロだと言っていたのに、60ユ- ーロ請求されたので、不満でした

Comfortable bed. friendly staff. Great breakfast. Location is tucked away from the craziness in rome. close to metro.

our room stink a bit. Not sure what that was all about. However, we did not complain, because there was only 1 night left.

- The hotel location is excellent, both close to the city and away from all the noise of rome.- The rooms are cosy and nice.

- The internet is expensive and problematic. - There are very few restaurants/supermarkets nearby.

Hotel was very comfortable and quiet at night. Staff was excellent and friendly. We got upgraded to a room with a very large balcony and the bath had a jacuzzi tub. The rooftop breakfast area is great. Loved going there for cafe latte, eggs, and a huge variety of breads, cheese and fruit. The property is about 1 block from the metro. Don't try to find the hotel upon arrival. It is tucked away and will be difficult to find on your own. Take advantage of the local wine bar across the street where you can get a nice red wine for $2.5 euros, mini sandwiches and lunch at very reasonable prices. There are not many restaurants close by. There are two within walking distance of the hotel. They were good, staff friendly and reasonably priced.

The turkish spa is basically a steam sauna and dry sauna with an area to relax. I would not pay extra for this. The room tempature would not go below a certain tempurate. During the day it was fine but I would have liked it a bit cooler at night. The are, like most of Rome the are has graffitti but we did not have any safety issues and did not encounter any problems walking around day or night.

The average standard of staff at the front desk was good, but the best member of staff I encountered was excellent. I was glad that he was on duty when I asked about transport to the airport by bus, because he gave me such detailed instruction (in such excellent English) that I encountered no difficulty at all. Breakfast at the roof-top restaurant was also very pleasant.

Pretty good location - very quiet, excellent bus (also night buses) and metro connections (metro station only 50 metres from the hotel) to the historical city centre. Room was tidy.

Extremely small room - definitely not a 4 star standard. The room was only a bed plus one meter space round the bed. And that's it! Very small bathroom. When we asked for a bigger room the day we arrived, we were offered a room for additional 90 EUR per day, ie. twice the fee we paid. The breakfast was not good. For us it was like a decent 2 star hotel. We think you could get much better hotel in these locations at these rates.

Very nice hotel, beautiful room, and great breakfast on the roof top, overlooking Rome. Quiet and in a peaceful area, two subway stops from Termini Station.

For some reason, management insists on charging internet access at four euros per hour, very inconvenient. Also, with all the niceties this hotel provides, why not go all the way and provide decent pillows (we each had one, flat as pancakes).

Very cosy and pretty rooms, nice breakfast terrace, great food, nice staff.

really its a nice hotel , very kind staff , good rate and its about 200 meters from polyclinico metro station , i recommend this hotel.

The hotel is almost next to the metro station (2 stops from the train station) so you can get into Rome quickly. The staff is very friendly and always willing to find you the information you need. The rooms are nice but small, the breakfast is good, there is a large assortment.

The area in which the hotel is situated is more a business area, so there is not much to do around there, but enough to do in Rome of course. Further the rooms are a bit small.

We enjoyed the beautiful terrace in the mornings while enjoying a wonderful breakfast. Very nice selection for breakfast.
