The service was imaculate. No troubles at all and nothing was to much to ask for. Best advice was given by a very wel informed receptionist, carmine We will stay at the noencento hotel at any opportunity

Beautifully restored old building, central location. Very friendly welcome. We were upgraded without asking. We prefer a less cluttered interior decoration, but this was coherent and well done. Not enough "rules" in the Spa area. People went into the different zones without showering. A sweaty lady joined us in the jacuzzi.... Noise in the circulation areas can be heard in the rooms. A crying kid woke us up... Bathroom was outdated and cramped.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English and were always willing and helpful. Breakfasts were consistently good and the location was good.We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others. It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

The hotel staff, from the reception desk to the bar, were excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful and we will return on our next trip in November. The only criticism was that the restaurant was closed. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a restaurant on site. Apparently it closes certain time of the year, but we didn't see this anywhere in the information. However they did book us into a restaurant a couple of hundred metres away from the hotel and it was excellent.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel had a warm ambience. Good buffet style breakfast and comfortable bed. Not very central to the shops and restaurants, although only a 5 min walk away. However, we did not mind this, as it meant the hotel was in a peaceful location and we like walking.

Ci ha colpito principalmente l'ambiente confortevole della camera: in stile montano e ben curata fin dai minimi dettagli. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile a ogni richiesta Ottima la colazione a Buffet con torte fatte in casa e ogni tipo di leccornie. Addirittura anche il personale delle pulizie è vestito in stile montano. Veramente da consigliare!
