Romantik Hotel Villa Novecento  

The hotel is nicely situated in a quiet part of the town. Even with the windows open, there was little noise from outside, and a great view of the mountains. Above all, the staff were excellent. Although we speak a tiny amount of Italian, most of the staff spoke English. They were very attentive, very helpful, very friendly and eager to help. We had a great time there. The food was very good. There is a wide choice for breakfast (cereals, cooked breakfast, cheese, meat, fruit, etc). Where possible, they try to use local produce. When we originally booked, there was such a good deal for half-board that we took it but expected to eat out some nights. However, the food was very good and in the end, we ate in every night. The only potential problem might be if you are a vegetarian as there wasn't always a veg option for all of the courses. Not only would I recommend this hotel, but I would also be very happy to stay there again.

Nothing really. I suppose it might have been occasionally helpful to have a kettle in our room for a late-night hot drink.

The service was imaculate. No troubles at all and nothing was to much to ask for. Best advice was given by a very wel informed receptionist, carmine We will stay at the noencento hotel at any opportunity

This is not a good 4 star hotel...it is a Very Very Good 4 star hotel. There is no evidence of staff training, all the staff are natural hospitality people, cheerfully pleasant and helpful (none of the robotic tight lipped sing song... 'Can I help you sirrrrrr'). These people know the true meaning of word 'hospitalty', from the front desk, to the restaurant, spa, maids and shuttle, nothing was too much trouble. I had a problem sending emails, the management called his provider and obtained two alternative smtp addresses for me, now that's service for you. Romantik Hotel Villa Novecentro is a rare find and my family all look forward to a return visit.

WiFi is free which is nice, good connections in the lobby and lounge area, but very poor to non existant in our two bedrooms, because the old walls are so thick. This is the only drawback and I understand the management cannot do anything about it, or they would have done. This won't stop me going again, but it may resrict when I go.

The location is perfect for central courmayeur but in a quiet location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Helpful staff with good knowledge of hiking opportunities in the area. Excellent a la carte restaurant.

Rather small rooms.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English and were always willing and helpful. Breakfasts were consistently good and the location was good.We would definately stay there again and recommend it to others.

It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

The hotel is a lovely mountain almost B&B feeling hotel. The staff makes the stay wonderful.

Very impressive antique italian decoration on reception, restaraunt and rooms. Panoramic view of mountains. Lovely relaxation space at spa.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel had a warm ambience. Good buffet style breakfast and comfortable bed.

Not very central to the shops and restaurants, although only a 5 min walk away. However, we did not mind this, as it meant the hotel was in a peaceful location and we like walking.

La gradevolezza degli arredi interni, l'accuratezza dei dettagli, la gentilezza del personale, la colazione deliziosa.

L'area benessere è un po' deludente. Aggiungerei inoltre un po' di profumi e musica relax di sottofondo.
