Frühstücksbüfet sehr dürftig

Gute Zimmer

Wir hatten extra ein sea-side-Zimmer gebucht was auch vom Ausblick sehr schön war, nur fährt leider der Zug mitten durch den Garten. Nicht sichtbar aber doch schon sehr laut hörbar! Nachts musste daher das Fenster geschlossen bleiben. Ist dann für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the hotel and the reason was its location and the staff who are very accommodating and helpful.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

Despite easy access to many sites, there are not too many tourists in this area. The walk in front of the hotel is beautiful.

There's nothing really wrong with the hotel but quite a lot of small problems. The main one is the train running day and night in the garden. Don't go there if you like sleeping with open windows. For a hotel of this standing the breakfast is really cheap. Not bad but could/should have product of better quality. Same things for our bathroom with a far too small shower and no bathtube. Not such a problem but strange for a hotel of this quality. Last but not least even though wifi is free, it's not available all accross the hotel due to weak signal.

It's a little off the beaten track, but right next to beautiful promenade walk and Italian style beaches. It was not touristy.

Beautiful building in it's own huge garden. Very friendly and efficient staff. Absolutely great.

Very comfortable hotel with marvellous views. Make sure you ask for the access key to the seafront walkway

Seriously unhelpful staff. Don't dare swim in the pool before 10.00am or check out a minute after 11.00 or will feel the wrath!

The Villa Pagoda is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area. The house is breathtaking and has a warm atmosphere. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The facilities on the hotel is many. We only tried the restaurant and we were impressed about the food. One of our best meals in our 3 weeks vacation in Italy. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional.

The garden could use some grooming, and the breakfast was almost empty when we arrived 30 minutes before they ended. But I guess they would refill if we asked them...

Beautiful location

The suite didn´t have the expected standard: on the terrace the umbrella was lying on the ground for 24 h, no comfortable sunbeds, lightbulbs next to the bed didn`t work and room service was scarce.

Comfortable, lovely old hotel, very friendly staff. Very peaceful, garden access under railway line to the passeggiata Anita garibaldi Loved the swimming pool,small but adequate. A bit difficult to find a restaurant open on a tues evening,(the hotel one was shut) but was reccommended a restaurant called "cook" which was excellent, the chef, apparantly is a tv celebrity cook.

Nice room and nice location, with a private passage for the Nervi's walk.

I was expecting a better breakfast, with more variety of food.

Situation idéale pour la promenade le long de la côte. Vue et le calme. La voie de chemin de fer pas trop dérangeante.Superbe parc à proximité. Accès à Gêne par le train en 15 minutes et aux Cinqueterre en 1h15 min environ. Accès à l'autoroute très facile. Excellente cuisine de la Ligure. A découvrir et y retourner.

Ventilateur de la salle de bain un peu bruyant. Ascenseur un peu lent .

El servicio del personal es excelente y se esfuerzan mucho por que estes agusto. El hotel es muy bonito y tiene saluda directa al paseo de Nervi , pasando por el jardin y debajo del antiguo balneario que esta en obra. Esta a diez minutos en tren de Genova y muy bien comunicado con la autopista para visitar liguria, cinque terre , imperia y otras zonas. Recomiendo los pueblos de lerici y portovenere . El hotel tiene un jardin muy agradable y parking propio y gratuito. Esta en un pueblo muy tranquilo.

Pasa rl tren muy cerca y por la noche molesta. El desayuno no es muy variado aunque si suficiente y bueno.

La location bellissima struttura, vicinanza dei parchi e della passeggiata sul mare.

La mancanza di una spa, la lentezza ed esiguità dell'ascensore, il costo elevato del ristorante interno, visto anche lo scarso menu offerto, e mancante delle specialità locali.

Nous avons tout apprécié, tant le service, le personnel que l'endroit qui est merveilleusement bien situé. Nous vous remercions de votre chaleureux accueil.

La gastronomie était excellente, mais un peu limitée sur la quantité. Le rapport qualité/prix était un peu limite dans ce domaine. Le train représente un petit inconvénient mais on s'habitue très vite et on ne l'entend plus après 1 nuit.

Il costo di 20 euro in più per la vista mare ma il prezzo non corrisponde hai canoni di pulizia delle camere il bagno era sporco di sangue sullo stipite della porta, peli e capelli negli angoli del bagno tappeto in camera non pulito dovutamente balcone sporco compresa la sedia esterna. Scusate ma lavoro dentro un ospedale è mi occupo di igiene e sanificazione il mio occhio è molto attento è non ho scritto tutto ma almeno le cose principali

El hotel es una villa antigua muy bien conservada y con excelentes instalaciones, situada en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de un pasaje sobre la costa con vistas espectaculares hacia el mar. Por ese mismo pasaje, a unas 5 cuadras está la estación de Nervi, por donde pasa el tren que lleva a Génova, lo cual nos resultó muy conveniente ya que hay espacio para dejar el coche sin cargo extra dentro del predio del hotel.

El hotel es como una taza de Plata: impecable. Es precioso, tiene unos jardines muy cuidados y las habitaciones son hermosas e impecables. La calidad de las sabanas es estupenda. Buen parqueo para los carros. Lo mejor: la comida es excelente. Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos mas dias! Volveriamos sin dudarlo!
