The hotel was very attractive and it's garden was beautiful. But at this time of the year-January everything seemed a bit tired. The pillows were too flat! Even the spares in the wardrobe were not better.

Although the building is lovely and the rooms are spacious and well decorated, the best asset fo this hotel is its staff - they make the experience perfect. We will be back!

Perfect for what I was looking for. There are no decent hotels in Genoa so one has to stay outside the city. This location was perfect and there is a train that takes you to the central station in 20 munutes.

Excellent facilities, including breakfast and restaurant. Lovely comfort double room, with fab views of sea and hillside. Great garden with delightful small pool. And all of this just a couple of minutes' walk from the Nervi promenade. We had a fantastic stay!

Everything! Hotel Pagoda is an elegant 200-year-old villa with rooms with sea or mountain views. The house is over 200 years old with all the modern conveniences. The grounds are stunning and lush and a lovely pool and area for lounging, outdoor lunches or working. The staff is A+. I live in hotels for work and this staff is the best I have encountered in a very long time. Everyone - check in, the restaurant, housekeeping and the manager - was completely helpful, efficient and accommodating. The hotel is in a wonderful, upscale neighborhood south of Genoa (but there is train to town reached with a five minute walk should you ever decide to leave the Pagoda). A beautiful walkway cut into the rock runs just in front of the hotel. It runs for several kilometers just above the sea and is perfect for leisurely strolls or even good workouts. It is also here you will find cafes overlooking the sea or swim in natural rock pools. Villa Pagoda is a rare find. Beautiful, perfect service, rooms with stunning views, upscale but not overpriced and in an area that has to be one of the most beautiful anywhere. There is a train that runs close to the hotel but it never bothered me. It is a modern and quiet train that doesn't toot the horn! However,in general it's always a good idea to take earplugs when travelling (though I didn't need them at the Pagoda).

I love this hotel. I think it is good value for money and the staff are wonderful. The setting is beautiful and eating on the terrace in warm weather is great. It is a little out of Genoa but that suits me as Nervi is a lovely area. The train is a short distance away so easy to go into Genoa if you want. This is my 4th stay and will stay there again.

Gyönyörű ház és szoba. Nice house and room. Kellemes kert. Beautiful garden. Közel a vasút. Close the train. Nincs saját tengeri strand - (az is fizetős) csak medence No beach (payabel only) Viszonylag egyszerű reggeli zöldségek nélkül. Poor breakfast without any vegetable. Cable TV went wrong after a storm, and out of order all of our time.

The hotel was decorated very stylishly. Our room overlooked the sea and there was free car parking on site. The food was very good both at dinner and at breakfast. The air conditioning in our 'superior' room did not work efficiently. We had to mention this 3 times before we were eventually given a different room but by this time it was around 11pm and when we changed rooms I was in my nightie! It became apparent that the staff had been aware that the air con was faulty in this room yet we were still given it! The room we were moved to was of a higher quality.

Beautiful room, hotel decor and garden. My favourite things are a good view, a room with space to move about, an individual hotel, a pool + wifi -it had all these. A very relaxing place, good for Genoa if you want to avoid the city noise as it's just down the line with a lovely sea promenade too. The two consecutive wedding nights put off my friends who had a room on the front.
