Hotel Villa PannoniaVia D. D. Michiel, 48, 30126 Venice-Lido (Show map) Excellent, Score from 260 reviews“We liked the modern design, cleanliness, easy to find location, and very good breakfasts. Going out for dinner was simple as the main area for restaurants was only a 5 minute walk away. All in all we liked the contrast of staying on the Lido with the 10 minute boat ride to the main sights of Venice. ”

Location was excellent, on the main strip in the Lido 5 mins walk to boats stops with easy access into St Marks square.Rooms were clean and modern and hotel decor was very modern. I would recommend staying in Lido as oppose to the the The main Island of Venice if you want to experiance a city break but be based in a laid back sea side resort.

I have been to venice three times before and this hotel was the best hotel out of all. Location was good, staffs were very kind. Most of all, room was quiet, no noise when you want to sleep until late. I had a very relaxed holiday. Breakfast was reasonably good and fresh.

Chose this hotel because of the secure parking. Took our car over on the ferry. Enjoyed the water taxi into Venice each day.

nice location - quiet but close to ferry and local high street. nice garden. staying on lido is a good alternative to central venice - waterbus takes only 10 mins to san marco (runs every 15mins), yet prices significantly cheaper a bit pricey for what it has to offer. the room i had was much smaller than on picture. breakfast ok but continental only - no cooked food at all (omlette porridge etc). 4*minus, especially considering the price tag.

The location. All staff, apart from the (male) evening/night 'manager'. The night manager lacks the interpersonal skills expected from an hotel like this (in my opinion). Our rooms were in the roof with only Velux and very small windows (bathroom) for natural light. Four/five days of staring at the sky was a bit too much. Breakfast was basic with no variety at all. Continental breakfast with a boiled egg; disappointing.

Very well located on Lido, which is great place for staying. Convenient access to central part of Venice and other Lagune islands. Pleasant attitude from the stuff members. Good quality breakfast. Nice interior and exhibited paintings. Nice small garden. Green and quiet surrounding area. Glass glases would be prefered in the rooms in addition to the plastic ones in the bathroom. Also availability of napkins would correspond to the 4-star level better then the absence of them. Some minor leak can be checked and prevented in the bathroom. Although all this mentioned can't affect seriously a good mood of any positive thinking traveler.

Absolutely charming hotel. The location is perfect - very close to the vaporetto station and the main passage with restaurants and shops, but hidden in a quiet street. Recommend for those who'd prefer listening to birds, instead of tourist and vehicle noise. Breakfast is superb, staf is extremely friendly and helpful. Modern design, free wi-fi. Irreproachable!

The hotel was peaceful and quite, Good location for local restaurants and bars. Continental breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice, a hot tub would be nice in the garden to relax after a full day out. Staff pleasant and helpful. Overall good value 9/10 A hot tub would be nice in the garden after a full day out or a bath in the rooms.

Excellent location - close to the local restaurants and shops but yet in a quiet and undisturbed residential area. The waterbuss stop for transport to Venice and Marco Polo Airport is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel modern, clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the reception staff were helpful. Location was great, very handy for the water bus. Small point that the hotel is quite modern and minimalistic and so was a little lacking in atmosphere, and overall comfort. I also thought it was quite expensive compared to our Florence stop (which was half the price and actually more central than The Villa Pannonia was)

The staff was absolutely superb. From checking in to check out, they were the consummate professionals and even went above and beyond in helping us confirm our water taxi for our departure, and in giving us an umbrella as we left in a heavy downpour. The hotel was clean, close to the main street and very comfortable, but the staff made our stay simply perfect.

Very high standards are set at Villa Pannonia. The staff were all excellent and the Buffet Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are quite high Tech plus there is 24 hr free wi-fi. There is an elevator to all floors. Easy to get to both beach on the Lido or the water bus to Venice city centre. Will stay there again.

This hotel has beautyful architecture with a nice design room. Quiet location and very friendly staff. This hotel is situated on an island, Lido. Not far from Venice, you always have to take a boat transfer to Venice (rather expensive). There are many and easy boattransfers to Venice, Murano ... The station is a few minutes walking from the hotel. Nearby a little super market and shops. Breakfast was ok but modest. Coffee not very good, just from a simpel machine. Garden not so cosy. Car parking very small.

“The location is great, cross the road to water bus station to all destination. 3days ticket cost 33 euros. Very warm I the room, even hot. Anyway, you pay what you get in Venice and we didn't expect for a luxury room. And you must check Bruno out, especially in good weather. Change water bus at a place called Sabbioni. Good experice.” Wei, Beijing |
