Excellent hotel. Convenient location, 5 minutes from the stop of see transport and 5 minutes to the beach. Located in a quiet comfortable street. Excellent staff great rooms.

Although it was not a big problem, the location of our room in the hotel (last floor) made it difficult for tall people (namely, me) to have a proper shower because of the low level of the ceiling ! It was an EXCELLENT experience otherwise !

Great Location, close to both Venice city and beach, within walking distance to boat stop

It was easily accesible from the vaporetto stop at the Lido. The hotel was bright, clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a very good continental breakfast with a varied selection on offer. Being signposted off the main street was very helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely hotel, excellent location just a 7 min walk from the main vaporetto stop on the Lido. The inside is very modern and minimalist, decorated with lovely art work. Our superior double room was clean, fresh and spacious with windows on two walls. Buffet breakfast was ample, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, cheese, meats, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants and pastries. Efficient staff constantly replenished supplies. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing was that the duvets were rather thin so woke up in the night not quite warm enough,

The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful, the decor is very pleasing and the beds very comfortable. The Lido is a quieter place to stay then Venice itself and there is an excellent water bus service which is a pleasant way to travel. The waterbus stop is only 5 minutes stroll from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay.

I have been to venice three times before and this hotel was the best hotel out of all. Location was good, staffs were very kind. Most of all, room was quiet, no noise when you want to sleep until late. I had a very relaxed holiday. Breakfast was reasonably good and fresh.

nice location - quiet but close to ferry and local high street. nice garden. staying on lido is a good alternative to central venice - waterbus takes only 10 mins to san marco (runs every 15mins), yet prices significantly cheaper

a bit pricey for what it has to offer. the room i had was much smaller than on picture. breakfast ok but continental only - no cooked food at all (omlette porridge etc). 4*minus, especially considering the price tag.

Very clean and proper. Quiet surrondings. Breakfast was only of the continental type but everything on it was of excelent quality

Great location near waterbus station. Nice design and atmosfere. Free parking in a garden. Very comfortable bed. Helpful receptionist.

Very expensive. Poor breakfast, all the time something run out and anybody didn't refill it.

It was perfect location for Venice, quick to get into san Marco but out of the crowds of the centre. Rooms were excellent and staff really helpfull and friendly. Can't praise this hotel too highly.
