Prime Hotels Villa Patrizi is a centrally located 4-star hotel, near Roma Termini railway station. It is set in the surroundings of one of the city’s public parks, Villa Torlonia.

This historic yet renovated villa provides a safe and peaceful setting for all travellers. Just 300 metres from Porta Pia and 1 km from Villa Borghese, the hotel offers an ideal position to discover the Eternal City’s main attractions. Established 100 metres from Via Nomentana, the hotel is within easy reach of Rome’s financial district. Public transport to main city destinations is available in the proximity of the hotel.

The neighbouring area provides immediate access to nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities. This classical hotel offers modern amenities, multi-lingual staff, a fully equipped meeting room and comfortable accommodation.

Hotel staff was excellent; very helpful.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the location was not convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.

helpfull staff, nice room, convenient-safe-silent area

variety on breakfast needs to be greater, though is already good. Room was too hot for (used to warm climate) Greeks but staff did the best to help us and it was ok then.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The staff was always super friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was just fantastic. The next time I go to Rome, I'll stay there again.

One of the best and nicest hotels in that price range I have stayed in Rome. Excellent location (subway, tram and beautiful quartier). Good base for tourism&business. The rooms are excellent and the old villa is beautiful. Very helpful and friendly staff, totally the contrary to the bad manners at hotels around Termini
