Pretty building; comfortable beds; good breakfast; rather far from town center, but excellent bus services. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast service started late - inconvenient when you have a train to catch. |

The hotel has good quiet location and a nice design. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Good restaurant next door. A family run hotel. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free use of laptop in reception was very useful. Not noisy. No fresh jiuce at breakfast and no hot water for tea. |

large, quiet second floor room.. nearby conveniences(pasteries,bus,groceries) wifi did not work in my room. most staff more interested in the tourist touring business than serving hotel clients(tours to Siena, wine area ,Florence, etc.). we had to wait several minutes while they answered the phone for tour bookings. it took several hours before they returned my passport because they were busy doing tour things |

Le service du personnel.La taille et la décoration de notre chambre (attention pour un jeune couple). Sa situation à côté d'un café-restaurant dont les clients étaient très bruyant dans la rue. |

Hotel molt agradable, personal molt correcte i atent. Habitació acollidora i serveis molt pràctics. Esmorzar abundant i variat. Fàcil de trobar i pàrking a disposició. Zona tranquil·la. Hotel molt recomanable, no ho dubteu! No hi ha personal de nit (problema puntual). |

Comodità per visitare il centro.Con l'autobus (fermata davanti) 6 minuti.Con l'auto (parcheggio gratuito interno) 5 minuti.Stanze (70 euro la doppia)pulite,confortevoli,silenziose,con aria condizionata e frigobar.Colazione abbondante e di qualità. |

La pizzerria que esta justo al lado no esta mal ni de precio ni de calidad. Solicitamos desayuno para llevar (Algun croissant..etc) ya que marchabamos a las 6:00am y dijeron que lo dejarian en recepción y nada de nada.Se desayuna a partir delas7:30 y no hay servicio de recepción las 24h. Mucho transito en la carretera anexa. |

hotel si presenta molto accogliente funzionale e curato nei particolari . Comodità di parcheggio e vicinanza al centro storico.Caratteristica è la sala colazione . E' stato difficoltoso trovare l'hotel anche con l'aiuto del navigatore satellitare. Andrebbe cambiato l'indirizzo da Voi riportato |

Camera molto carina, bagno comodo molto pulito, colazione con buona scelta, caffe' espresso, yogurt, ecc., si trova in citta' ma per visitare il centro meglio avvicinarsi con la macchina o usare gli autobus (c'è una fermata vicino ma non l'abbiamo usato). |

Ottima ubicazione, poco distante dal centro e servito da autobus; copiosa e buonissima la colazione; Buoni i servizi, si vede che è una struttura nuova. Unica piccola cosa negativa, il bagno piccolo ma comunque funzionale. |

Το πρωινό και οι κοινοχρηστοι χώροι Το ένα δωματιο καλό, το δεύτερο απαράδεκτο! Παραθυρο χτισμένο, νεροχύτης μέσα στην ντουλαπα (απίστευτο) και ντουζ ανύπαρκτο!! Το δωμάτιο αυτό κάνει μόνο για αποθήκη. |

El silencio de la zona, la decoración típica y la facilidad de aparcamiento siin coste. El desayuno no incluye productos para diabéticos. Los zumos son muy mejorables. Acceso en coche complejo no aparece la dirección y número en el tomtom. |
