Freshly baked croissants at breakfast, free parking near hotel

No free Wi-fi, far from city center (30 min. Of unpleasant walk), air- conditioner didn't work, bad smell in bathroom

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in Sep 2011. The room was average size and comfortable. The continental breakfast was okay.

The hotel should give clear directions from both thr train and the bus station. We asked several people before able to arrive there.

It was very rustic, old fashioned and I find it very cute. I mean, it is old and needs to be repainted but it's very clean and tidy. Takes like a 25 min to town center, but we went there by car, so we parked it near old city's walls, few meters from entrance on the left, and it was free of charge.. Or they didn't catch us:) And hotel has a huge parking, also free, which is very practical.... And very important, wireless internet is free, only for those who booked on booking.com... That's what they told me...and it was totally ok

Breakfast. I think, it is everywhere in Italy, they serve sweet breakfast, with marmelade, nutella, some croissants, and they had some cheese and ham on the menu, but it was very poor.. Also, dinning room has very small tables, not enough for a single person, not to mention a couple

The room was comfortable with a nice clean bathroom and shower. It's great for a family because we had a bunk bed and there was plenty of room for us and all our luggage. It was easy to get into the city a 15 minute bus ride and the breakfast was delicious.

Not really hotels' fault but we couldn't get the bus back to the hotel and had to take 2 cabs.

Hotel adatto per piccoli soggiorni e per coppie senza figli al seguito. Personale affabile e disponibile. Colazione buona. Lo consiglio a chi vuole visitare Siena e non soggiornare in centro. E' molto ben servito dagli autobus. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Manca il bidet nel bagno e alcune camere danno direttamente sulla strada con conseguente fastidio nelle ore notturne

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber durchaus gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ausgesprochen abwechslungsreich und gut. Ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels war nicht frei, woraufhin der Chef sein Auto auf den Bürgersteig fuhr und seinen Parkplatz für uns räumte. Was will man mehr? Das in den Bewertungen erwähnte Problem des Aufschlags bei Kreditkartenzahlung hatten wir nicht. Es wurde der normale Zimmerpreis berechnet. Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Hotel.

La pulizia, la completezza dei servizi offerti, l'ottima prima colazione, la gentilezza del personale ed il confort.

L'unica nota è quella degli spazi comuni un pò ristretti.
