Easy free parking, short drive to the city centre, helpful staff and clean quiet digs.
low price, friendly staff
a bit far from the city center, barely any eating options in the area. We wanted to have dinner and the nearby restaurant was closed although it was 20:00. Ended up eating at a nearby hotel's resturant which was a very bad experience
One bus into the centre of Siena
The darkness of the room even though there was one small window
Breakfast is included in price. Free parking, Good for families which don't need crowded tourist hotels and noise.
No elevator, if you have heavy bags, you'll have to bring them up using stairs.
Close to the railway station. Helpful staff. Good value for money. Convenient neighbouring restaurant.
A little bit out of the way for a non-driver.
Front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was OK.
Location - too long of a walk from the center; buses run every 10+ minutes. The room was filthy. Huge black starburst pattern over the climate control unit, crack in the ceiling from water damage, grey film on the walls, thriving mold in the shower, sticky tile floor in the room.
There was a full height wall behind our window! Only a slot of light came in! The room was too small and the bathroom even smaller, with the shower almost over the toilet! There was an unfunctional kitchen sink built-in inside the wardrobe(!!!).
Nice, cozy hotel.
The bunk bed wasn't comfortable-too soft.
L'albergo non era facile da trovare. Eravamo a piedi. E 'stato specificato di essere ad una distanza di poco tempo a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Vero solo se avessimo preso la strada verso l'alto la montagna, utilizzando le scale mobili. Questo avrebbe dovuto essere sottolineato. The hotel was not easy to find. We were on foot. It was specified to be at a distance of a short time walk from the railroad station. True only if we had taken the straight route up the mountain, using escalators. This should have been pointed out. We took the bus and asked people who all had no or deviating ideas on the location of this hotel.
Room was quiet
Very tiny room couldn't breath. Very smal bathroom. Overpriced (also because of the Palio)-but not worthy. We were 5 mins late for breakfast..at the end we got it...
Clean small and cozy parking
Distance from town's historic center. About 30 min walking. There' also a bus which I didn't use because it was late.
Air con not up to much
friendly staff, good wifi
difficult navigating the neighborhood
Our camera on the first floor was clean and sunny with many windows. The flowers outside the hotel were very beautiful!
The breakfast wasn't so good and we had to stay in a small room underground to take it.Is a pitty that they didn't serve the breakfast outside.
- Sienna is no huge so location is great...by bus few minutes to city center - breakfast very nice...fresh juice, coffee, bread, ham, yogurth....... - room very sweet...villa picolla Siena is right name for this pension. - parking in front of hotel for free - italian restaurant/pizzeria 5 meter from pension...very good pizza
Tidy rooms, Next to bus stop to town.
WE arrived during the Palio and rooms expensive for what was included. Basic breakfast. 3k from centre. Good 2*.
Great little budget-friendly hotel slightly outside the centre of Siena. Best for those who have a car on holiday and passing through en route to other parts of Tuscany.
nice people working at reception
WC was very dirty and the breakfast was not fresh. We were a group of 3 and the second bad wasn’t done.
Very convenient with friendly helpful staff.
The hotel was a little dated and 'musty'.
Quaint clean room; good size. Bathroom & shower facilities were very good. Great breakfast assortment for B&B. 7 minute downhill walk to il centro (without luggage)
Staff at the front desk not readily available for check out The fact that there is no elevator Rooms are quite dark & there was no view. Not walking distance from train station if you have luggage as it is an uphill walk - needed to take the bus.
Excellent staff, especially LEO who works at the reception desk!
Bathroom much too small! And quite noisy.... Also the tables for breakfast were very small... It was quite hard to eat properly....
This property is most affordable and is well run and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very happy to help in any way. They spoke very good English
The hotel is a fair way out from the city centre, but given the cost one would expect that. Bathroom was a bit tight.
Fridge and air conditioning was inadequate in such hot conditions.
Quiet room with little street noise. Breakfast was excellent.
