Villa Raffaello Park Hotel  

Villa Raffaello is a cozy family run hotel. is We requested for a room facing the private park behind the hotel as rooms facing the private park on the property. The rooms and were large , bright, and very well maintained, with more than enough space to place your luggage as well as lots of room to hang clothes and towels; the bathrooms very immaculately clean and comfortably sized as well. Luca the owner suggested a great place to eat in which was just a few blocks away, and there are many great places to eat in walking distance to the hotel. The quiet charm and the non-touristy feel of the place and the surroundings was a major plus. I would definitely love to stay here on my next visit to Assisi.

The breakfast was just ok.

Adjacent parking, historic building with updated facilities, staff recommended good restaurant nearby, we were within walking distance of the cathedral and just a 10 minute drive to Assisi.

Host was very hospitable and provided great suggestions. We took her advice and had a fuss free visit to Assissi topped with a beautiful dinner at the restaurant recommended, Trattoria Santucci.

Conveniently located for the town for seeing the Duomo and for restaurants and shops, and also the bus service to Assisi. Although next door to the coach 'station' there was no significant noise from it. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. The en-suit was on the small side, but included a spa bath and a very energetic toilet roll holder!

The main road running past the hotel was a bit noisy. Easy enough to find the hotel if you know where to look - but most of the locals asked didn't seem to know where it was.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Location was great -- walking distance to the Basilica, within 10 minute drive to Assisi's historic center without the difficulty of finding parking or navigating the narrow streets.

Everything from the warm welcome by Tamara and Luca to the surprise of being given a room with a terrace. The quiet location is wonderful after a busy day amongst the crowds in Assisi itself. The ability to walk to different areas within minutes is a plus. The information given by staff is invaluable. The convenience of a two minute walk to the bus stop.

The actual Hotel building was fantastic, and it's history is amazing. The family who own and run the Hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the Hotel was excellent as well. This Hotel was the nicest we stayed in over our three weeks in Italy. The car park was huge.

Didn't like leaving it after our 6 nights! Seriously though, there was nothing to not like. We loved it.

This quaint, beautifully restored small hotel was perfect. The location is ideal, there is ample parking and the bus running a continuous loop up the hill to Assisi is only 100 meters away. The renovations to the property were done with great care and attention to every detail. Breakfast is included; it’s a perfect start to the day. I can't say enough about the proprietors, so friendly and helpful, they even made a fantastic restaurant recommendation for dinner, also in easy walking distance. We hope to return one day.

The host and hostess were extremely friendly and kind. They gave us a perfect information about visiting Assisi. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking.

Location was great - only meters from bus to Assisi and not too far from train station (which also is accessible by bus). Staff were very helpful, even offering to carry bags and recommending local eating places. Room was large and very comfortable. Very happy to return

For a relatively inexpensive price and a good location, this hotel offered superior facilities and a staff who continuously went above and beyond the call of service. I would highly recommend this hotel to future visitors to Assisi.

The hosts were exceptional. As a small hotel, the owners expressed their personal touch in a way that well suited the locale. They were warm, without being intrusive. They provided excellent advice on small towns to visit. They were genuine and our stay was made more memorable because of them.

La camera con vasca idromassaggio, la cortesia dello staff e la vicinanza alla basilica.

La posizione strategica se si viaggia in auto. La camera al primo piano molto spaziosa e buona la colazione. Ma l'eccelenza sta nella cortesia del personale.

Un po' rumorosi gli scarichi dell'acqua nei bagni delle camere vicini, disturbano un po' di notte.
