Location was great - only meters from bus to Assisi and not too far from train station (which also is accessible by bus). Staff were very helpful, even offering to carry bags and recommending local eating places. Room was large and very comfortable. Very happy to return

For a relatively inexpensive price and a good location, this hotel offered superior facilities and a staff who continuously went above and beyond the call of service. I would highly recommend this hotel to future visitors to Assisi.

The hosts were exceptional. As a small hotel, the owners expressed their personal touch in a way that well suited the locale. They were warm, without being intrusive. They provided excellent advice on small towns to visit. They were genuine and our stay was made more memorable because of them.

Останавливались в отеле на две ночи.Удобное расположение для путешествующих на авто.Большая парковка, сад, номер был с большим балконом в сад, в таком отеле хорошо остановиться и на больший срок и ездить по близлежащим городам. Ассизи ближе всего. Благожелательный персонал, завтраки обычные, для любителей больших шведских столов могут показаться скромными. Ночью тихо.

L'hotel è si trova in ottima posizione per visitare Assisi, ha un ampio parco intorno ed è molto pulito, i proprietari ed il personale sono molto gentili e disponibili. Nel bagno della camera non c'era il box doccia che personalmente preferisco rispetto alla vasca da bagno se pur con idromassaggio.

Villa Raffaello colpisce subito per la bellezza della palazzina. Io ne ero rimasta già innamorata vedendo le foto sul sito ma dal vivo la struttura è ancora più bella. Quando siamo arrivati, noi un gruppo di nove persone con esigenze ed età diverse, ci ha accolti Luca con estrema disponibilità e gentilezza e fino all'ultimo momento del nostro soggiorno ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richiestee ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Gli interni eleganti ma non pesanti, I colori rilassanti. Le stanze spaziose, ben arredate, pulite. La sala colazione accogliente e buona la varietà di prodotti. Altri punti a favore di Villa Raffaello sono sicuramente anche lo spazioso parcheggio interno gratuito, il cortile e l'ampissimo giardino che si sviluppano a ferro di cavallo attorno alla palazzina che affaccia sulla strada, e naturalmente la vicinanza alla Basilica. In conclusione è una struttura calda e rilassante che dà soddisfazione al cliente, un perfetto esempio di ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo che ti fa desiderare solo di ritornarci ;)

Magnifique bâtisse avec jardin et parking privé gratuit très appréciable ! Personnel super agréable, disponible et très gentil. Chambre magnifique, décoration magique ! (fidèle aux photos). Propreté irréprochable. Très bonne situation géographique (à 3-4 mn à pied de la Basilique Santa Maria degli Angeli) et très proche d'assise (3km). Petit déjeuner à volonté dans une très jolie salle. En résumé, la Villa Raffaello (et son personnel) est somptueuse et apaisante.

E' una bella costruzione di fine '800,ben curata,ben tenuta,pulita,gentilissimi I sig all'accoglienza,ottimi gli asciugamani in spugna,ricca e gustosa la colazione,comodi I letti e spaziosa la stanza...sono contenta di aver scelto questo hotel :-) non so se funzionava ma c'era anche la vasca idromassaggio!!! Comodo il parcheggio.
