This hotel was extremely clean and located in a quiet area. The personnel were always friendly and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was excellent. |

The rooms were very nice - spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good (one of the best I ate in Italy). The location of the hotel was also good - near to Assisi and Perugia, in the heart of Umbria. The staff doesn't speak English and German and it was for me a big problem to communicate. |

Very good place, Assisi seen through the window. Safe parking. It was a little bit tricky to bring all the luggage into 3rd floor by stairs, but it understandable that old vila has no elevator. |

Charming Villa nicely updated, excellent location to see Assisi w/o staying inside the walls. Private parking at no charge. Excellent value for everything. Fine breakfast too. Front rooms can be noisy if windows are open. However, w/ AC and windows closed, no problem. |

It is a lovely litttle hotel that fulfilled everything stated in reviews. Staff were very pleasant even though English was very limited. breakfast was excellent for the price |

This hotel has an excellent location for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a beautiful garden area which would have made a lovely spot to sit and relax if we'd had any time to. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good and varied. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The shower in our room would have been too small for many travelers. |

The breakfast was the by far the best we have had in numerous visits to Italy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Much effort obviously goes into the running and maintenance of the hotel and grounds. Overall we would have to rate this hotel as highly as you are likely to find anywhere in Italy. |

Location of hotel, inside decoration and cleanliness - every datail has the corect place. The staff - perfect. So, the hotel was wery lovely. No internet, no diner. Maybe for somebody this is the main elements. But we got dinner in lovely place of Assisis. |

I liked the architecture and gardens of the hotel, its location and its friendly but elegant interior. The staff were helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a car park which was very convenient too. This hotel was exceptional value for money. It made our stay very enjoyable. |

Good location for Assisi. Also, extremely big room, lovely wood floors. Good breakfast. When the owner was not around, the lady who was, which we thought was his mother, didn't speak any English. So struggled a little. |

La chambre était spacieuse, trés propre et bien meublée. Nous y avons reçu un bon accueil. Le buffet le matin était de trés bonne qualité et varié. Cet hotel a un trés bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander. |
