well situated within area, quiet, pretty gardens, good breakfast, clean room. Difficult to locate staff, poor shower/ bathroom facilities shower curtain too short causing water to leak over floor. (damp towels as towel rail not working) for cost of hotel these facilities were of poor standard. No dining room/area in times of inclement weather. |

Setting and decor were charming and tasteful. Convenience for sightseeing. Pool area lovely. We never understood how to use shower. No staff available on arrival. Had to use our mobile to speak to reception even though we were in reception! Pool dirty and full of leaves. Coffee served in open jug and cooled down V. quickly if breakfast served in room. Since breakfast is served either outside around the pool and bbq area hotel or in room only good during summer months. |

The staff was very helpful and spoke good English which was wonderful for someone who does not speak any Italian. The suite we stayed was comfortable and clean! Lacks common areas which was fine for us but it was not that clear from the web site or from their own web site either. |

We had a lovely room - clean and spacious, convenient to leaning tower and cathedral. Good breakfast, friendly staff. We only had one night but if we visited Pisa again we would definately stay there. |

Swimming pool. Breakfast in the garden. Central location Lack of public areas. Reception not often staffed. Over furnished and impractical rooms. I'd describe this as an upmarket B&B it is not a "hotel" in terms of what most people would expect to find and be comfortable with. |

It was very quiet, and the pool was excellent. Very necessary in the terric heat. Lovely breakfast by the pool. Easy access to the room, and parking available. Ten minutes from airport and leaning tower. Mosquito netting on doors and windows would be an excellent improvement against these horrid insects. |

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I'm afraid to say that as mentioned in other reviews we did get a lot of bites! (Even though the hotel had gone to the trouble of providing sprays etc to help). To be fair we have found this to be a problem wherever we have stayed in Italy. |

We loved the option of having breakfast at the pool. It was also within short walking distance to the Duomo and leaning Tower. The setting was very tranquil and picturesque. We had read they have a problem with mosquitos but didnt realise just how bad it was! We were bitten badly during the night even though they provided an electric repeller. There should be nets on the windows and around the bed! |

Web pictures and reality are coherent with one another. Friendly and prompt service, in general. Breakfast did not exceed our expectations. Peaceful surroundings, only some noise during the night from the close by railway. No sun beds. |

The Villa is lovely - Bella - the operators are easy going friendly it is close to everything. It is an oasis in the middle of the city. The suites are charming they are individual, the pool area is relaxing and the gardens are gorgeous. It is a charming wonderful place. Would have loved to stay for a full week! Only that the breakfast could have been a little better but it really didn't matter in the end as the place is just so lovely, so charming it made up for any small and they were small problems. So much so we did not comment in it. |

We had a lovely stay at the this hotel. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a suite which, as we were staying for 6 nights, was a real benefit. The breakfasts were great, the pool wonderful and the staff really helpful, going so far as to take us to the airport when our taxi didn't turn up! The only problem, and this is no reflection on the hotel, is the mosquitos. We covered ourselves head to toe in spray if we went outside and that seemed to do the trick. |
