Tina and her husband are very helpful, for instance they drove us to a restaurant on our first night there because we arrived so late at the hotel. The can give great information (and discounts) on place to go on the island of ischia It is really popular with (italian) families, so expect screaming children running around. For english speaking guests: Tina only speaks Italian and German, her son does speak english though (but he's not always around)

Виллу держит приятная итальянская семья. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь. Все чисто, аккуратно. Находится в далеке от центра, что хорошо, можно выспаться с открытым окном (тихо). Хороший сад, много тени, бассейн, терраса, столики на улице. Мы ужинали на террасе. Есть маленькая кухня, где можно что-то приготовить еду. Рядом сосед дедушка, торгует шикарным домашним вином. Завтрак: йогурт, круассаны, брускетта, хлопья, вареный кофе, печенье. Можно просить готовить домашние обеды и ужины. Нам понравилось. Самим добраться до виллы практически не реально. Нет обозначений на улице. Если считать по автобусным остановкам, то 4-5-я, если считать от Порта Форио. автобусы 1,2, CS. в идеале можно написать прямо на виллу письмо и вас могут встретить. Мы брали такси, от ИСкья Порто-30 евро. Если приплыть в Форио Порто, то 3 евро. По англ. говорит только сын хозяйки Тины. Объяняться можно жестами, или по итальянски. Это не отель, в прямом смысле, а дачная резиденция. Но достаточно уютная. До пляжа 5 минут на автобусе в любую сторону.

ottimo per la sua posizione,a pochi passi dai giardini Poseidon. ampio parcheggio. i cornetti della colazione! il prezzo bassissimo trovato con booking (55€ a camera a notte+ colazione) avendo,tramite booking,pagato quasi la metà del costo effettivo,mi hanno dato il peggior appartamento ke avevano a disposizione. scarsa luminosità,letti singoli uniti,doccia senza piatto e senza tendina (praticamente si è allagato il bagno!)...cmq tutto sommato,x quel ke ho pagato,sarebbe potuto andare anke peggio...consiglieri a tutti di nn prendere gli appartamenti,ma di optare x le camere.

Appartamento a 20m dalla spiaggia di citara, massima disponibilita' dei proprietari:il giorno della partenza ci hanno fatto fare colazione a mezzogiorno e e ci hanno messo a disposizione la doccia e gli spogliatoi della piscina x poterci cambiare dopo essere andati a mare

Residence Villa Tina byla nejlepší volba, kterou jsme zatím na serveru booking.com kdy udělali. Rozhodně se tam chceme vrátit. Rezidence je v zahradě, kde člověk najde příjemný stín, nechybí bazén a apartmány s terasami jsou perfektní. Prostředí je vysloveně rodinné, jakobyste bydleli u dobrých známých. Rodina, která rezidenci vede, je nesmírně přátelská a rádi ve všem poradí i pomohou. Pečlivě každý den uklízejí jak apartmány, tak celou rezidenci. Dlouho jsme nebyli tak spokojení. Naprosto ojedinělý poměr kvalita / cena. Jedinou nevýhodou je vzdálenost pláže, nejbližší cca 500m a po mnoha strmých schodech. Ovšem na nádhernou pláž se dá také dojet autobusem, zastávka je 50m od rezidence. Bohužel autobusy bývají velmi plné, takže je třeba vydržet trochu toho nepohodlí. Ale stojí to za to, protože na pláži jste autobusem za 5-7 minut a pláž je dokonalá. Jinak není vůbec co vytknout.

L alloggio presso questo residence ha superato le mie aspettative e lo consiglio vivamente. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Si trova a pochi passi dalle terme Poseidon e vicino alle spiagge piu belle dell isola. I proprietari sono molto gentili e la signora Tina prepara una colazione deliziosa ed abbondante.
