The staff was very nice very good location can reach all places of intereset by the ferry which is very frequent and another way to see the surroundings. Rooms are clean and comfortable very homely. |

It was quiet and comfortable. I do not have time to go back to the description of the hotel location. I had the impression that they said it was near to the Vaparetto stop. However it was 3 bus-stops away and then there was a walk of about 500 metres to the hotel.It we had known then we would have tried a hotel near to the Vaparetto stop. Please clarify the desciption of the hotel location. |

close to the beach, very friendly staff, quiet. good and quite fast connection to venice historical center. breakfast ok, but not overwhelming. coffee disappointing, as we expected real italian coffee (taste was rather that of instant coffee). |

I would say that it is a small nice hotel with responsive personal, small but comfortable rooms, distance to public beach and other areas. I can recommend that hotel to those Venezia visitors who love to combine sightseeing with morning-evening relaxation on the sea shore. The bath room is quite small so if you are man of a centner then you may have to control your motion to fit into. |

Very bad locattion, fare away fromo vaporetto station. La ubicacion que venden es mentirosa, se encuentra a tres paradas de colectivo màs de 20 cuadras de la parada del vaporetto y cerca de la playa. La atencion del personal fue muy mala, nada servicial, el horario de desayuno es muy corto y el desayunador chico, hay que esperar si esta completo. El unico que nos atendió bien fue el concierge nocturno. |

Entgegen unseren Erwartungen war das Bad relativ groß: Badewanne, Bidet, Fön, etc. - alles vorhanden! Im Hotel gibt es keinen Lift, aber das Personal schleppt bereitwillig Koffer. Wir waren total zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das Frühstück war für diese Hotelkathegorie erstaunlich reichhaltig. nach intensivem Nachdenken: die Nürnberger-Leberwurst vom Frühstücksbuffet war grauslig "gggg" |
