Hotel Villa Tiziana  

The room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet street. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in Lido which is about 45 - 60 min. Boat ride. We were not aware of how long it takes to get there and not informed on the web. Or by the hotel manager when we called. The 3 day ticket was expenssive and made the hotel not such a good value for our money.

Very poor breakfast - not worth the money! Staff rude and for sure not friendly. Not willing to walk the "extra mile". The 1st day we were 5 minutes late for "breakfast" - cereal, bread and yougurt" and they refused to serve us! Directions to the hotel poor.

Nice location: 7 min walk from sea, 2 bus stops from vaporetto. Pleasant staff: any kind of help. Clean well-conditioned room with terrace. TV, phone, hairdryer. Very relaxing atmosphere, calm and quiet evenings.

The breakfast is too plain: no eggs or ham. Only packed cheese and jam. Although very good coffee and cake.

The reception was nice and friendly.

The breakfast was available only until 9.30 A.M. Far too early for us. Unfortunately we stayed when there was a fair on in Venice and the price of the room was 4 times what it normallly was. On the last day we were charged the normal price and that was ok for what the room deserved.

Отличный семейный отель, идеальное соотношение цена - качество - месторасположение, очень удобно расположен к морю, приветливый персонал. В общем, очень понравилось!

Boa relação custo-benefício, perto da estação do vaporeto e da praia do Adriático, bom café-da-manhã

O ar condicionado não pode ser utilizado antes de junho, café-da-manhã com pouca variedade.

Le personnel est très gentil dont Monique et Sonia. En revanche le patron donne l'impression désagréable de faire la tête en permanence et n'a aucun aucun esprit commercial. Il fait son boulot c'est tout.

Un bon accueil, ils ont du personnel qui parle le français et c'est très agréables, le déjeûner il y a bien assez à manger, et nous mangeons bien au restaurant du cousin du patron, la spécialité sur le poisson , c'est à 45/60min de l'hôtel avec les vaporéttos,le restaurant ce trouve à Giudecca 212a sur l'île en face de venise. c'est excellant prenez les renseignement au patron de l'hôte.Endroit calme,nous avons bien dormi.

Hôtel très agréable, situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme du Lido de Venise, proche de la plage. Venise est facilement accessible : arrêt de bus à 300m de l'hôtel ; bus qui nous conduit en quelques minutes à l'embarcadère des vaporetti. Excellent accueil,chambre très bien entretenue. Petit-déjeuner copieux.

La cordialità e la disponibilità del personale

Le quartier calme. L'accès à Venise et aux autres îles de la lagune pratique et rapide par bus et vaporettos fréquents. Le marché et les commerces à proximité.

L'Insonorisation insuffisante entre les chambres. Le petit déjeuner (correct) n'est pas servi à l'extérieur alors qu'il pourrait l'être. La longue plage sur l'Adriatique est presqu'entièrement privatisée (et chère), il faut aller aux extrémités du Lido pour trouver des plages publiques (accessibles en bus mais c'est quand même lamentable).

Ce que j'ai aimé c'est la qualité de l'accueil, et aussi la proximité avec la plage, le cadre est très joli

Peut-être juste à améliorer les prestations de service, proposer par exemple un encas le soir pour les voyageurs qui arrivent tard à l'hôtel
