Score from 91 reviews Very good
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of choices and was a good way to start the day, they even included some free coffee. We had our own bathroom in the room and air-conditioning (it gets kinda hot in Italy). There was also a daily cleaning service. I really liked the fact that the reception is open 24h. The location is also excellent, close to the city and close to the beach. The public transit system is working all night long so we could get back to the hotel at any given time.
Limited breakfast, wifi not very well functioning, bit far from lido center, tini claustrophobic rooms.
Easy to find, Lido is a wonderful area. There someone 24h/24h at the frontdesk. The staff is sympatic.
I saw a cockroach in my bathroom.
Location: It was close to Lido beach. Hotel was clean and cozy, perfect for two people. Staff was friendly and cooperative.
Breakfast was next to nothing.
This hotel is amazing! The serve a perfect break fast; for example the chocolate is delicious! The rooms are little but truly confortable! Carlotta, the receptionist was so kind! Staying in Lido is the best while going to Venice! You have a wonderful landscape, a real Italian neighborhood and you take a boat for 40" to go to San Marcos!
Didn't like anything about this hotel!
Most unfriendly and arrogant staff. Very unhelpful.
we stayed with me mom for couple of nights. it was super quiet and comfortable. nice location on the lido and you can take vaporetto to the center or around the ilands and just enjoy the views.
Very good, clean and comfort Place. Staff are friendly.
But during the Breakfast all the restaurant staff restaurant are keep looking on what you are doing like your are going to steel some thing although its and open buffet also they keep talking and in loud between each others and during the check in the receptionist announce that the check out should be 11 am or 11.30 Max but at 11 am sharp the telephone rings asking to leave really i didn't like !!!!!!!
Although a distance away from the boat to Venice its an excellent location on which to explore and get to know The Lido, on foot and by bus. The pace of life on The Lido is very relaxed, few cars, everyone on bikes or walking. Itis very easy to easy to get into Venice. Buses and vaporettos are constant.
Breakfast is very minimal. There is no air conditioning until June 10 and while it cools at night you need windows open and a few mosquitos come in. The owner is somewhat off hand and watches the rules very carefully.
Good price and friendly staff
Room is a little bit small
The staff at Villa Tiziana were very friendly and accomomodating, particularly Adriano. The hotel is well positioned for the bus, just 165 meters to the stop; buy a weekly or 72hr transportation pass and you have easy access to all of Lido & Venice proper. Our room at the hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and affordable. Our experience in the Venice region was enhanced by our stay at the Hotel Villa Tiziana.
We have no complaints!
The value for what you got is very good. The locations is good, though it's not on the main island of San Martian, it's in a nice area and lacks the hustle and bustle, offering a more peaceful setting on Lido. The hotel is good, though it's almost more of a bed and breakfast than hotel. The staff is friendly, though most know very limited English. The bathroom was good, as was the free wifi.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find and TripAdvisors map was off on the location, so be warned about that. Since it's on Lido and not San Martin, you have to walk about 15 mins to the waterbus, or wait for one of the buses to take you there. 15 mins isn't bad, but if the weather's not nice or you've got luggage, it might be best to wait for the bus (not far either way of the hotel). The walls are THIN! I could hear every word the young couple in the next room said, and much more... but I'll leave it at that.
Great value, super staff, good breakfast. They even provided a perfect day...and did I mention Venice! It was a wonderful experience and the hotel was an important part of that.
The breakfast is so impressive! I love it so much!
It's a little far away from the main island.
Very friendly staff, no unnecessary rules ( not allowed after late night or something) . Best suited for family visiting venice.
Price for could have been less.
It is a very good hotel. The stuff is really nice. We were there during the Venice Carnaval and the for this price in Venice we would find only shared bathroom rooms. You should walk till the water bus stop about 15 minutes but it is not a big problem. Lido is well communicated and you can take water buses even by night.
Friendly stuff and the room equipements nothing is missing especially in the bathroom.
For whom doesn't like to walk it is like 10 min walk from the steamboat station.
most friendly and helpful staff, the security system, the bright geraniums along the fence, one could walk to the beach or get a bus to the waterbus terminal for Venice very easily.
Friendliness of the staff Cleanness of the rooms Breakfast
Handy location close to conference centre on Venice Lido. Good value for money, comfortable and very friendly and helpful owners/staff.
Lack of guest tea and coffee-making facilities.
We found the staff to be extremely helpfull and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was wholesome and always fresh and on the whole the whole hotel expearience was a joy. James & Kathleen Hampton. Dundee Scotland,
The island is just amazing and villa is very close to the best beach... People are very friendly.
I've been to Venice twice, and both stayed there. If you want to avoid busy and noisy Venice, it is advised to stay in Lido, and this hotel is nice one; you'll enjoy for sure
Small rooms with low direct sun light
The shower and space is good.
Dirty and I has a bite by a scorpion and I saw others around... Is a danger situation.
