"Garden-view" room booked originally was small and actually faced to the noisy road. Manager at the reception kindly upgraded our accomodation to "executive" room on the river-side - very large, quiet and view is wonderful. Meal is good. Hotel is approx. 30 min walk from the city historical center. |

Old style Italian building and the overgrown gardens. Room had balcony overlooking River Arno. Pleasant and helpful staff. Shower enclosure very small. |

The location was perfect and the view of the river really added to the beauty of the room. We loved the balacony! The staff were all very helpful with advice, booking tickets for us, etc. The breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone! |

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quite large and very clean with a beautiful view overlooking the river. It is the perfect base for a young couple to explore Florence. As long as you are prepared to walk 20-25 minutes into the city centre, there is nothing negative I can say about our stay at Ville Sull'Arno |

It was convenient and close to downtown by car or bike. I loved that it had bikes for use for free. It was great that it had a pool. The room was spacious for two adults and two kids. It had a delicious breakfast by Italy standards. The staff was very pleasant and relaxed. |

The restaurant was very convenient and it was great food. We also liked the bikes, my family had a great time using them for the whole day. The gazebo area was a little worn. The platforms and flooring needed to be replaced. |

The rooms were neat and tidy and the airconditioning worked very well. There was a pool. The breakfast was good. The breakast staff were not the friendliest and even made us feel uncomfortable as they seemed to suspect their customers as a burden. It also seemed that they didn't trust us and we felt like thieves always being watched. The pool was ok, but there was a lot of dirt and grass around the edges of the pool and it was overgrown with vegetation and you couldn't sun yourself. |

We selected this hotel from the Booking.com website having looked at many options in Florence. While the hotel is quite some distance from the centre, it provided exceleent value for money and as per our request, we had a room overlooking the Arno. After the daily exposure to high temperatures, our late afternoon swims were excellent. The hotel staff were only to eager to assist us at all times |

The staff was courteous and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was satisfying and the pool was refreshing. Our room was spacious and we had a balcony view of the Arno River. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nice walk to the city- about 30 minutes. Free bikes (not the best) allow you to cycle through Florence. Bus convenient to hotel. Taxi to airport is about $30 E. |

Friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast and good air-conditioning. It was also nice to have some outside space with a pool. Although it was great to have outside space, the garden could have been kept a lot better. Getting rid of the weeds would make such an improvement! |

Superb hotel on the side of the River Arno 5 mins bus ride from the centre of Florence (Duomo, Piazza Pitti etc). Great staff. Excellent fixed price Menu di Giorno in the restaurant. Stunning views over the river, very peaceful. But make sure you get a room overlooking the river or you may have a room facing the road and hear some road noise. Rooms on ground floor are better. No, just the perfect end to a holiday and the best place to stay in Florence. |

The view from the room onto the Arno was beautiful very calming and relaxing. The restaurant has great meat at a very affordable price.La vista sul fiume era bellissima, molto tranquilla e rillassante. Il ristorante fa della carne buonissima a un presso giusto. The hotel has many stares that aren't very practical for mums and pushchairs. Non tanto pratico per mamme e passegino, ci sono tante scale. |

The room was quite big and very nicely decorated with a magnificent view on the Arno river. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food. This was definitely one of the best hotels in Italy we have stayed in. |
