Nice place, quiet, large and comfortable room
Location uncomfortable, no skeleton shows ostrich travel, no parking, no view, Internet did not work, lumpy old mattresses
Ok is not a hotel, but also not a b&b. For a b&b (which isn't) i have stayed in much worst. Clean. But the bed smells to much of the human body's.. Come on man...do an air refreshing to the bed is free of charge. Or buy a new one. Anyway that place is far away from the center but has nice bus line connection so you will be at the city approximately in 30 minutes as you step out from the villino nada door
As i said the bed smells to much out of the thousands others tired travelers that had been stayed to this place. Ok the rest of the room (apart of the dust) is clean!! I never found a way to understand if the other residents was travelers or just people who just was living there. People wake me up at 7 o'clock in the morning with loud radio news just for them to wake up. You know what i mean...every 10 minutes the alarm of the radio was open to the loudness and of course that was happening of the thickness of the thin walls. And some other poor people was so drunk ( not every night !! ) that you couldn't sleep because of the drunkenness shouting ( but this was also so funny ) And at last, if you are in the city and you want for some reason to go to your hotel room, well to this place you just can't. Is very far away and you have to accept that you will spend about 1/2 hour to go and back
Easy access to bus line to/from airport or downtown. A bit off the beaten path but easy walk to restaurant/grocery. Owner very gracious and helpful. Great free Wifi.
A little noisy in the neighborhood.
Staff is great and car parking possibility.
A little bit far from the center
Easy bus ride into Florence Host was very helpful
Had to carry luggage from up the road to hotel Plumbing noisy
Nice basic accommodation, owner was very friendly and despite language barriers made a great effort to explain the transportation etc. Room was basic, no air conditioning but fan was adequate.
The owner was really nice, he didn't speak much english but he tried to do his best. He was very understanding when we arrived after check in hours.
Kind staff, even though they don't really speak English, they used google translate :) They were very friendly, and eager to help with anything. Had a nice small balcony, overlooking an inner garden. The neighbourhood is kind of quiet, except the noise from the nearby airport, but there are no flights during the night, so it's fine for sleeping. Bus stop to the city centre is 200 meters, the wifi is stable and fast, the place was clean, car parking is free and appeared to be safe. All in all, I think it does have a very nice value for the money, I would definitely stay there again.
The room was small, the wardrobes lacked shelves to put clothes on. There was no air conditioning, nor any soap or shower gels. The airport is very close, and the noise from the planes is _very_ loud - but the airport is not that busy, and for one, I think noise from street traffic would be much more irritating, so it wasn't that awful.
- Very nice and helpful owner. - Complete and clean facilities. - Easy access to Florence down town. - Free car parking
free parking. spacious room. price. owner friendly (when we saw him) great if you're in Florence for one night with a car. safe area. car felt secure.
no concierge service but for the price this is fair enough and we arrived a little late so maybe to be expected. toilet, shower and bidet, although very clean were all in the same small area.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Location, a bit far from the centre.
Great value for money. Owner was nice but doesn't really speak English, so use Google translator on his computer - problem solved!! lol Our room was large and clean, great bed! The shower was interesting as it had no cubicle and was in the middle of the room. Good shower but make sure your clothes out of the way of the spray! It has a laundry close by as well as was close to a great kebab shop and tavern. No parking at Villino Nada but free parking is available close by just down the road if needed. Easy walk to bus to Florence, which ran every 15 minutes or so, with a 20 minute ride into town. You have your own key to the front door as well as your room, so you can come and go as you please. Would definitely stay there again :o)
Owner was helpful and give us some good recommendations of place to eat in the neighborhood, better and cheaper than the expensive Firenze city centre. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.
They have a nice patio outside connected to our room in the lower floor, but it was used as a junk room. It'd be nice if they clean it to allow guests enjoy it. The hostel is in the outskirts and it's quite far, but the bus stop to Firenze station (around 30 min) is very close.
