good and confortable hotel for Venice trip

No cable-TV and no english chanel

The comfort as a whole in relation to the rate exceeded my expecations of which I had gathered before arriving to the hotel based on the reviews on this site among other sites. In contradiciton to one negative aspect the placing of a fan in our room made a great difference since there is no air condtioning existing in the hotel. There was a fridge in our room which also came to help.

The night staff (one same guy) that was basicly based there all of the nights who had a very unprofessional and incompetent manner. His reception and way of running the hotel by the night was highly questionable whereas his assigned position by the hotel company management should be overlooked. Otherwise when it comes to the hotel itself another negative thing that is a huge problem specially because of the location of the hotel (Venice) in summer is of course the abscense of air condtioning which by the way already has been pointed out in the reviews here. Finally a third negative fact is that the shower porcelain was very old and rusty. It almost looked like dirt but was in fact wear. The balcony door couldn´t be closed properly.

lovely old building, nice to have breakfast in the garden area, staff very friendly and helpful, close to beach, quiet location but just a short walk from restaurants and bars,

no air conditioning, also booked a triple room but was really only a double with an extra bed but the balcony overlooking the garden made up for the small room

problem with the doors, it is impossible to close or open door to the bathroom

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - günstige Lage: Strand und Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Frühstück über dem gewohnten italienischen Standard

Türen und Fenster schließen Z.T. schlecht bis gar nicht

Personal an der Rezeption war behilflich und freundlich.

Kein Licht im Flur, Zimmertüre musste im Dunkeln gesucht werden, die Zimmer- und Badezimmertemperatur war unzumutbar, da keinerlei Heizung vorhanden und das bei Außentemperaturen von 10 Grad am Nachmittag! Sauberkeit der Toilette war katastrophal, die Wasserleitung quietschte laut beim öffnen des Wasserhahns, warmes Wasser gab es auch nicht, der Wasserhahn war total verkalkt, so dass das Wasser nach allen Seiten herausspritzte. Diese Beschreibung trifft auf ein zweites Zimmer, das man uns auf unser Ersuchen angeboten hat, zu. Das erste möchte ich lieber gar nicht beschreiben.

Einfaches Zimmer und Bad. Das Hotel ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Sevice nicht aufmerksam.

trés bon petit-déjeuner, et aussi grande salle de bain si non la chambre est grande mais pas comfortable pour la nuit ( il y a niveau du sol dans la chambre ) l'hôtel est bien situé mais mal entertenu domage..!

Es war durch und durch in Ordnung.

super Lage (ca. 10 min zu Fuß zur Vaporetto Station und ca. 5 min zum öffentlichen Strand), sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
