Closeness to the beach. The room was advertized as applicable for 2-4 people. However, I cannot imagine sleeping 4 people in this accommodation. The main bed (for two people) was very short. |

Het appartementen complex ligt op een prachtige locatie op 5 minuten rijden van San Vincenzo. Wat verouderde inrichtingstijl maar wel erg goed onderhouden. Via een bospad loop je naar het privestrand waar een plekje voor je gereserveerd is. Een uitermate geschikte locatie voor gezinnen maar ook voor stelletjes die niet op zoek zijn naar úitgaansgelegenheden. Tip: Let wel op dat je vraagt om een appartement wat verder van de receptie vandaan ligt ivm evt geluidsoverlast van de bar/disco open tot */- 24.00 uur |

Anlage gut organisiert. Sauberes Ambiente- (neue Handtücher in der Wochenmitte). Aufgeschlossene Mitarbeiter. Zimmergröße: Schlafraum<. ca. 50 cm Abstand links und rechts zur Wand. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung. Unangenehm: fest eingebauter Tisch und Sitzbänke-man kommt sich eingesperrt vor. Leicht klaustrophobe Momente entwickelten sich im Laufe der Woche. |

L'ambiente semplice ma gradevole, il contesto del residence tranquillo, non in un luogo trafficato e vicino al centro del del paese San Vincenzo (molto carino). Mancava l'aria condizionata nelle camere. |

Buona organizzazione. Spiaggia privata compresa nel prezzo con sentiero per arrivarci in mezzo alla pineta senza attraversamenti stradali (c'e` il sottopasso) e barriere architettoniche. L'animazione tutte le sere presente anche in un periodo di bassa stagione come quello nel quale sono andato io. Bello che ci sia ma praticamente tutti gli appartamenti danno sulla parte centrale dove si svolgono le animazioni. E` bene tenerne conto se uno cerca un posto silenzioso anche se il volume era contenuto. |

Il Residence si trova in un contesto naturale, in mezzo al verde. L'appartamento sfrutta al meglio gli spazi, e offre un'ottima sistemazione che favorisce il relax. Importante la presenza del terrazzino e del posto auto protetto. |

Ho particolarmente apprezzato la pace e tranquillitá delle quali ho potuto godere; non so come sia nei mesi di maggior affluenza, anche se comunque il parcheggio era giá abbastanza pieno, ma nel periodo da me goduto é stato veramente fantastico. La gentilezza della reception é un ulteriore motivo di soddisfazione: ci rivedremo con grande piacere. |

Viele Appartments sind offenbar ausschließlich privat genutzt, daher ist die Anlage gepflegt und nicht überlaufen. Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage gibt es zahlreiche Stechmücken. |
