My short trip allowed me to be in a very cental position , one minute walk from San marco Square ,exellent for water buses to airport and every where else, liked the hotel stayed in a few in Venice, not luxury but very high standard and exellent value for money having found the hotel with a special offer trough the internet. If you like shopping you could not be in a better spot. Will definetly return |

This charming hotel in the center of Venice was a real treat!!! Breakfast room looks out on the canal with gondolas passing by and the rooms are large and comfortable. A quick walk to Piazza San Marco, handicapped friendly with an elevator, and a beautiful murano glass chandelier in the room. Great air conditioning! A view of the square in front of the hotel and the beautiful church San Moise. Only one stair studded bridge between hotel and vaporetto stop, very accessible to all of Venice. |

Non-smoking, clean air appreciated, nice breakfast, nice room, everything was as advertised except the bar was not available during the day (even for espresso). tiny shower for USA standards - about like cruise ship standard cabin size. |

The location was fabulous. Very close to San Marco but not close enough to hear the noise. Right on a canal with a gondola launch so looking down from the balcony gave a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very very nice. |

I stayed only for one night, hotel is very good, loved the venetian design of it, the small size of the hotel give it a personal touch. Located in the middle of high-traffic area, ovelooking a very luxiourous square with all the designers shops surrounding the place and less than 2 minutes walk from Piazza St Marco. Very clean and room is quite spacious The balcony of my room was not comfortable with all the AC' compressors of the surrounding rooms being in my balcony which force me to close the window and sleep in the AC to avoid the engines noise |

Very nice location close to a canal with lots of gondols. It is also a square right beside the hotel which gives an open feeling. The roof terrace is just beautiful. |

Very good location, welcoming personnel. Breakfast is very good and the lady, that serves at breakfast room is doing her job excellent. It's good to know for the guests that when they book "classic" room it means that their window will be facing wall of another building not far than 1,5 meters. Only "superior" rooms have a view to the canal. Also we had some problems without hot water one day of our staying. |

The view of the gondeliers from our room was fabulous! The location was very close to the waterbuses and we had very heavy suitcases. The night attendant was not very helpful. An actual toliet seat would be nice in the room bathroom. |

Location,Corner Room over canal, high cieling and good bathroom for price. One attempt at air conditioning gave a small cooling effect. Perhaps with more tries we could have gotten more cooling by adjusting temperature controls? Lots of windows and cool air outside. |

It is by the canal! And loads of Gondolas! Should have had a bath tub in the room. Breakfast could be improved, there was only one lady doing everything and made me wonder if she ever smiled. |

The position was excellent and the room beautifully decorated The hotel is I think is misrepresented on the site we expected it to be larger and have sitting rooms. I was annoyed that we were in an annex and had to wade through floods to get to breakfast. |

The hotel is well located for the main sights about 2 minutes walk from St Marks and a main vaporetto stop. The directions on the website are accurate we had no trouble finding the hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were fairly small but were well equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent. There's a lift which is apparently rare in Venice. |
