The location was perfect, situated on a canal and only 3/4 minute walk to St Marks Square, and only 5 minutes to a water bus stop. The staff were lovely and gave us a room overlooking the canal.

Excellent breakfast! Good location though, very close to most sights. Room was clean but small, as expected for Venice. Also could not use the A/C until after May 15th so we had to sleep with the windows open for a breeze and it was a bit loud along the canal

Excellent location. Good Atmosphere and design of the establishment in total. Better than expected, especially about the elevator that I had been afraid if it was not existed. The very first impression of the young person-in-charge at the reception, though we found him to be quite a nice and kind person after we talked with him for a while.

The location and service from the staff were both excellent. The room we had was a little expensive for what you actually got and the shower in the bathroom was very small and had nothing on the walls to put soap and shampoo and other things...everything was on the floor and difficult to get to because of the smaller size.

Very central location, extremely good location for the water taxis so you don't have too far to walk with your suitcases. The hotel is located in the expensive part of town, Gucci, Prada, Hermes, Fendi all on the doorstep. If these are not for you more affordable shops are not far away. On the first day after the room was cleaned the throw which was on the bed was not put back on. We thought this was a bit odd but didn't say anything, however when we were leaving the reception staff asked if we would check our bag to see if it had been packed in error! We explained that this had been removed on the first day and they did not pursue it further.

Excellent location and very easy to find from the main waterbus stop at St Mark's Square. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a very Venetian feel to them. Good breakfast.

The location was terrific--just a short walk from St. Mark's Square. We paid a bit more for a junior suite and were thrilled to get a large outdoor patio that overlooked a canal. The breakfast was comprehensive, including eggs and bacon. The staff was extremely helpful. No computer where boarding passes could be printed. You have to email them to the hotel and then they print them.

Request for room upgrade was met immediately and without extra charges. Bottle of Prosecco (free of charge) as a part of a room delivered breakfast on our birthday No complaints at all

Hotel was very close 5 minutes) to San Marco Square and there is a gondola rental just at the front door. Good location. Sometimes taxi cannot get into canal due to tide.
