Staff, value for money, location. Taxi driver couldn't find it, signs from the main road will help.

Everything according to the expected. Brand new, Very beautiful room, not so big but enough. Free parking. Fast and free Wifi. Highly recommended. Somebody commented that the hotel is far from downtown, yes its true but neighborhood very pleasant, I cant understand why this people booked it if they wanted stay downtown, but just book if you have a car. I would stay again for sure. Nearby there's a very nice restaurant with several options on the menu, named Grill Inn about 800 m. toward the right side up to the trafic light then turn on right and more 50 m. on the right side of the street. Ask the concierge.

The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The rooms are new, very good beds and clean and large bathroom. A plus is the large safe which easily holds a full size pc. The breakfast was a little bit small but that is normal in italy. No brown bread and no good cheese selection. There is no wellness area in the hotel.

It is a very nice and cozy hotel. Great amenities. Incredible rates. Convenient location for business. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. To my surprise it was a brand new hotel, built a couple of years ago. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and fresh, served in a nice and accommodating ambience. On top of abovementioned: they provide something very difficult to find in Europe: free wi fi everywhere in the hotel !!! Overall: I'll will definitely recommend the Virginia Palace to my colleagues and friends. Thumbs up for this hotel!!

Friendliness of the staff. When the restaurent was closed they brought me food and did not charge me, they did not charge my international call (Even though they nex), parking was free. Maybe the parking area needs a little improvement, but without it is OK. The toilet seat was too much next to the wall and to a shelf under the sink.

The entire staff was very friendly and service oriented - excellent. The hotel is very new and everything is clean and very well organised. Its location, not being near any train station or metro. Therefore, if you are travelling to central milan, it will be very inconvenient.
