The staff were very helpful. The ambience was nice and the rooms were comfortable. Housekeeping was good. They charge for TV!! And for movies, internet, etc. But at least basic TV should be provided without additional cost when you pay so much for the room. |

Large and very clean room, comfortable bed, excellent bath with nice surprises.Hotel staff was very nice and helpful choosing the right bus lines. Great location, just near Piazza Navoua with buses to most locations and a walking distance to the Vatican (15 minutes) and Piazza del-popplo (10 minutes). Two things: 1. The breakfast repeated itself during the entire week and was a bit sparse. 2. The hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle service. |

The breakfast buffet was good. Attentive staff in general. Clean physical atmosphere and welcoming spirit in the reception/lobby/bar. the room-images on the web-site gave a feeling of a fresher and better standard than what appeared, but what we got was fair in comparison to expected level. |

Everything. The location, there is a bus stop, bank, pharmacy beside the hotel. The hotel is very modern and gossy at the same time.The room was comfortable and clean.The service was excellent and the emlpoyees polite and helpful.The breakfast was huge and had everything. The fact that there isn't a nice view from the hotel because it is sourounded by other buildings. |

The reception staff were very helpful, when we lost a screw from our pram they were able to replace it for us! The breakfast was lvoely with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. The carpet on the floor of our room was very dirty. My son was crawling around on it and was literally black from the dirt. We could not let him play in the room in his nice clothes as I was worried I would not be able to get them clean! |

The cleaner people came twice a day and the breakfast was open from 6.30 until 11, but remained well stocked they whole time. We had to pay up-front, I didn't like this aspect. |

Having just retuned from our stay at the Visconti Palace Hotel i can honestly say i would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in a long time, excellent value for money and the roof top terrace was wonderful. |
