The room. The breakfast. The location.
Great location. The staff was always very friendly and professional. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.
Good quiet location, easy walking to most sights. Reasonable priced restaurants in this area. Excellent breakfast.
We've had to stay in Modena after a long dinner. We've picked this hitel from booking and it was a good choice. Nice decoration, clean rooms. Great for business.
Breakfast is poor for an Italian restaurant. Coffee from Nescafe in Italy???! Plase modify on this!
Very kind and helpful people at the front desk Nice clean rooms
thin walls, noise came through from the neigbouhood room the quality of the breakfast could have been better. Very wide selection, but not a 4 star quality. The orange juice from the machine was made of syrup, but not orange, too many sweets but less vegetables. The coffee was also average but no proper coffee machine.
+ proximity to all major attractions, most of them easily doable by walking + Metro Station close by (7-10 min) + Vatican super close (10 min) + bus stop close by (2 min) + rich breakfast buffet + friendly staff giving good recommendations
- Roof top bar wasn't open, would have loved to enjoy the view described on the website
Location and friendliness of staff, bed was comfortable but cushion too soft and too low, room was also a little stuffy it could also do with Tea and Coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Shower, water would turn cold and then hot without adjusting the tap, cushions were too soft.
The location was within walking distance for all the main places of interest, the hotel was very good ,and the breakfast spread was very goodalso.
There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but they were mean with the little pots of milk.lol.
Having individual beds instead of a full/queen bed
Location is great, especially if you catch the efficient SIT bus from the airport as the hotel is approx 400 meters from the Vatican stop. Very clean, cleaners visited the room 2 or 3 times a day. Nice toiletries. On departure we were presented with a Bar bill that was not ours, reception did not quibble when we explained the error which was nice and appreciated.
Too hot, no control over room temperature. We were advised that the air conditioning is switched off for winter, but a room temperature of 26 degrees was uncomfortable. We opened the window as advised but every time the cleaner visited the room which was 2 or 3 times a day, they closed the window and we returned to a room which was too hot. Sound from other rooms was a bit of a problem, we could hear everything our neighbours said and did.
The room was comfortable
Lack of restaurant
We booked a suite, which was spacious, and the balcony was handy.
It was very ordinary, and we experienced far better service elsewhere on our trip. Staff were okay, with most being disinterested in us. Breakfast was a disappointment, lack of variety, quite honestly it was boring.
Location was very good. Very convenient transportation possibility by direct bus line from the airport.
a bit shabby but clean
Within walking distance to most of the main attractions. Only 5 minute walk to nearest metro. Breakfast very good. Seems like a very safe neighbourhood.
Nice, updated decoration and excelent king size beds. Friendly staff. Nicely assorted buffet breakfast, fresh products and they keep the trays full until the end of the breakfast time + you can ask for expresso coffie.
The rooms have central controlled airco, so it is impossible to set the temperature you desire. Synthetic pillows, not really comfortable, but you can request softer ones (reception people are very helfull) We found a pitty that the roof terrace is not opened the whole year around.
Perfect location, close to everything you want to see. Room was immaculate, and the staff were great. An exceptional breakfast was provided. I would definitely use this hotel again.
There was a bar/night-club across the street from our room. It was a little bit noisy on the Saturday night.
Excellent Location, room was fairly basic but clean and a good bed. Breakfast had a good selection o cater for all needs.
Could have done with the standard coffee/ tea making facilities you get in most hotels these days.
We stayed there for 2 days. It is centrally located and u can reach the Vatican city in around 5 mins. Walkable distance to many hotels and places to eat in and around. 10 mins walking from the shopping area. Good Location....
Location. Quiet. Helpful & service-minded staff.
Booked room smelt after smoke (while it was non-smoking). The new room we got was not as nice as the booked one.
location and staff, good quality hotel good breakfast buffet.
Minor gripes but they tried to charge extras on check out, and the coffee not the best.
The crew was not welcoming and not very helpful when we needed to make a local call or changing money . A
Location & cleanliness I recommend the place & would not hesitate at all to return there
15 min. walk from good restaurants
Security is porous. Anyperson can work in from outside any knock at your door
Front desk staff was very helpful
Small bar, needs an attentive bartender
