Confortable and modern hotel, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
Price was reasonable, and location was good. Breakfast was fine. Convenient to buses, tnough not close to train station. Included wifi was fine.
Staff were variable; some very good, some useless. Limitation of wifi to 2 devices per room. Unavailability of any reliable concierge recommendations for restaurants or travel.
the room is bright and clean
location is not convenience.
The location was a 10 minute walk from the main restaurants and bars so it wasn't too close to the hustle and bustle. It was a pleasure to return to after a day of seeing sights and an evening of eating and drinking fine food and wine/beer. LOVED this place and will be returning.
A true four star hotel, 10 mins walk to vatican & tourist buses. Great breakfast, very helpful staff. Extremely clean.
Good hotel, very clean, quiet, nice neighbourhood, fantastic location. Would definitely stay there again, breakfast was also good.

THE NEW FLOOR AND BEDROOM
THE PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE LOCATION AND THE FACILITY. WHY DID YOU TAKE THREE WEEKS TO GET ME THIS SURVEY? WITH TIME ONE FORGETS THE DETAILS.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite with a balcony. Just lovely. The hotel was within walking distance to most of the major attractions in downtown Rome. We ate at the Hotel restaurant for dinner twice. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional. I highly recommend eating there. Our waiters were extremely attentive to our needs. They made our 25th wedding anniversary celebration very memorable. The hotel clerks and staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful when it came to suggesting local restaurants, helping with taxis. they were were very friendly and quick to answer any questions that we had.The bar staff were wonderful, whether you ordered a cappuccino or an Aperol Spritz ( my new favorite drink). They too, were extremely friendly and eager to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this hotel.
The fact that our stay was only four nights!
The rooms and the public spaces were larger than many hotels in this price range. Convenient location. Plenty of help at the desk and at the door.
I liked the bar staff especially, the choice of food was very good, which you needed as walking around for hours.I liked the style of the hotel and the location was perfect.Overall i would recommend this hotel, you have everything on your doorstep without it feeling busy.
Only critic I have is for some reason we had to single beds pushed together when we was supposed to have a king size bed.
A short walk from the Vatican. Fairly cheap for a big city but the bar is expensive
The cleaners start outside your room at around 7.20am very loudly Expensive bar Think travel lodge & then you won't be disappointed.
Clean, Comfortable Beds, Fabulous Breakfast
We were on the 5th floor, all the rooms of which had been recently refurbished. Very clean, towels etc. replenished and checked on at least twice a day. Continental buffet breakfast was more than adequate, although when we went a little later, about 9.30am, it was very busy. Despite this there was still plenty of variety which was constantly replenished. We walked everywhere whilst in Rome and the hotel was about a 10/15 minute walk over the bridge to the main shops, piazzas etc. but this had its benefits of the hotel being quiet and getting a good nights sleep. It was an hours walk to the Coliseum, although we stopped and looked at other landmarks on the way. When you've been on your feet all day, that extra 15 minutes seems a long way. Overall, excellent hotel!
great breakfast. Nice and comfy rooms
