Professional staff, no suprise in quality.
The location was perfect, lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very easy to go to all the famous tourist spots in Rome. The rooftop was awesome for a quiet evening to unwind!!
There was no coffee maker in the room.
very friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and good location
hard pillows in the bedroom made it difficult to sleep
Cleanliness, newly renovated room . Location.
They don't have iron for clothes.
very good breakfast,friendly staff
the triple room was very small
The hotel is nice and has a very friendly staff. My mother and I stayed at Visconti Palace for 3 nights and walked all over Rome. The hotel is in a good location. On one side you have the Vatican which is approx. 1 mile or 20 minutes walking, and on the other you have the major sights like the Coliseum (a little too far for walking, but the public transportation is easy to figure out), Pantheon, Trevi Foundation (under construction for over a year when we visited), etc. The hotel also offer a breakfast which was lovely. It's the usual European style breakfast with a variety of pastries, cheese, bread, meat, and fruit. I would stay at Visconti Palace again..
I have no complaints.
The hotel was clean. I didn't avail myself of the variety of services but the breakfast set up was really good, with a fine variety of breakfast items. Staff were welcoming. They had arrangements to leave luggage after check out.
The bar items in the rooms were over priced. There wasn't enough tea or milk provided for two people. They should also have included some biscuit snacks in the room price. One room service did not replenish our tea and milk and I had to go and get it for myself. The staff didn't go out of their way to remedy the situation - instead the reception passed me on to someone else. This was disappointing given that I had paid for an 'upgrade'.
Breakfest in basement while there is a terrace on the roof No iron
Everything in the hotel was excellent and wonderful I recommend it
Nothing at all
Great location, modern feel and comfortable hotel. Good service, staff very willing to help. Good breakfasts too!
Some issues with air conditioning which got resolved after ther first night. Also, mystery of how to turn out the bathroom mirror light! There appeared to be no way of doing it without removing the card from the master switch - so switching off all power, which meant turning off the a/c. Would like to have got this resolved but never got the time!
Located walking distance to all the popular sites in a safe neighborhood. Very close to the Castello Sant Angelo. Comfortable rooms with a modern decor and modern bathrooms.
Minor criticisms: Houskeeping staff not fully attentive; breakfast substantial but not the highest quality - weak juice from a machine and bad coffee. These weaknesses will not prevent us from staying there again.
Good breakfast, Great gym, very convenient location
Beautiful room! Lovely terrace and roof top terrace.
Breakfast was just average.
Interesting decor, excellent breakfast buffet, nice amenities and a very clean and spacious room. This hotel clearly caters to tourists from many countries - the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooftop deck looks nothing like the photos posted. Just an uninteresting view of other nearby buildings; it was not high enough to be looking out over the roofs at the skyline, as the photo suggests. Also, waiter at rooftop lounge was aloof and unfriendly. He ignored us repeatedly. Perhaps we were not young and fabulous enough for him? The downstairs lounge was much friendlier and more attentive.
Close to the vatican, walking distance, rooms were clean and tidy, staff friendly.
would have been nice to have a balcony
1. Friendly staff 2. Fab location 3. Rooftop restaurant and bar 4. Clean and quiet
The bar closes way too early...
The roof top bar & bbq area.
Hotel was modern, breakfast was abundant and good, room was updated (6th floor) clean and comfortable and staff was accommodating.
Room was a little small. Rooftop restaurant did not offer much of a view.
Neighborhood- quiet, 6 minutes from the hubub. Roof deck, beautiful. Beds, once made into a queen or "matrimonio" very nice. Clean, incredibly close to all the big Rome sights because of unique position across the Tiber from Pza. del Popolo. Near vatican and more "real people neighborhood. Loved that.
The Cruise line inundation. It seems to be the hotel of a couple of cruise lines, which totally ruins breakfast, which is so so at best. Other than that, between cruise line crowds, the hotel is a lovely gem.
Pleasant and good staff, very professional. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Location is fine. Wi-Fi is available in rooms and free of charge.
Confortable and modern hotel, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
Price was reasonable, and location was good. Breakfast was fine. Convenient to buses, tnough not close to train station. Included wifi was fine.
Staff were variable; some very good, some useless. Limitation of wifi to 2 devices per room. Unavailability of any reliable concierge recommendations for restaurants or travel.
It was my first time in Italy (and Europe) and I was a bit nervous about travelling alone....When I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and attentiveness. Everything about my stay was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed spending evenings in my private terrace. Everything in the suite was first-class...modern, clean and comforting. I ordered room service once, and the food was excellent. The suite came with a safe with easy instructions.
The only small thing I did not like was that I asked for technical help a couple of times and was told someone was on their way but they never came. I ended up figuring it out on my own, but it was a bit irritating. I had no problems in general with their customer service. With everything else, they were really prompt and attentive.
