Great location and a lovely celan and modern room. Excellent facilities especially loved the patio after a long days walking
All was good.
Would have liked a pool
Good staff. Everything you could wish for.
Stains on carpet in bedroom. Smoking in bedroom by previous occupant
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite with a balcony. Just lovely. The hotel was within walking distance to most of the major attractions in downtown Rome. We ate at the Hotel restaurant for dinner twice. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional. I highly recommend eating there. Our waiters were extremely attentive to our needs. They made our 25th wedding anniversary celebration very memorable. The hotel clerks and staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful when it came to suggesting local restaurants, helping with taxis. they were were very friendly and quick to answer any questions that we had.The bar staff were wonderful, whether you ordered a cappuccino or an Aperol Spritz ( my new favorite drink). They too, were extremely friendly and eager to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this hotel.
The fact that our stay was only four nights!
The rooms and the public spaces were larger than many hotels in this price range. Convenient location. Plenty of help at the desk and at the door.
I liked the bar staff especially, the choice of food was very good, which you needed as walking around for hours.I liked the style of the hotel and the location was perfect.Overall i would recommend this hotel, you have everything on your doorstep without it feeling busy.
Only critic I have is for some reason we had to single beds pushed together when we was supposed to have a king size bed.
A short walk from the Vatican. Fairly cheap for a big city but the bar is expensive
The cleaners start outside your room at around 7.20am very loudly Expensive bar Think travel lodge & then you won't be disappointed.
Clean, Comfortable Beds, Fabulous Breakfast
We were on the 5th floor, all the rooms of which had been recently refurbished. Very clean, towels etc. replenished and checked on at least twice a day. Continental buffet breakfast was more than adequate, although when we went a little later, about 9.30am, it was very busy. Despite this there was still plenty of variety which was constantly replenished. We walked everywhere whilst in Rome and the hotel was about a 10/15 minute walk over the bridge to the main shops, piazzas etc. but this had its benefits of the hotel being quiet and getting a good nights sleep. It was an hours walk to the Coliseum, although we stopped and looked at other landmarks on the way. When you've been on your feet all day, that extra 15 minutes seems a long way. Overall, excellent hotel!
great breakfast. Nice and comfy rooms
Friendly helpfull staff, very clean and modern hotel, food was amazing, and rooms very spacious clean and comfortable slept like a baby. Great location excellent all around, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
We liked the fact that the hotel was walking distance to most of the attractions, but still in a quiet part of town and very safe. Great buffet breakfast!! Overall great Hotel...:) Staff very Helpfull.
Because of people coming and going, it was abit noisy but nothing to loud.
Friendly staff, wifi and breakfast included, variety of the breakfast, rooms where clean and wide, hotel had two outer terraces: on the lobby and the roof. Location near Vatican, bus station and shuttle bus for the airport.
The room window did not close. The shower didn't have limits, so water splashed out of the shower zone.
The staff was friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.
When asked about tours the staff just handed me a brochure. The sink in the bathroom stopped draining on our final night. Also, both the handle in the shower and facet had signs of rust. Worst was that our bed was two small beds pushed together that would slowly slide apart during the night.
Staff atmosphere location
Cleanliness, comfort and location
Very good location. Within walking distance from the Fiumicino shuttle stop.
We were in a premier room on the renovated 5th floor. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff speaks good English and is helpful.
Room was a bit small.
outside gardens, view, breakfast and the breakfast service
no concierge, front desk understaffed, big walk uphill from town
Welcome, professional superb.
Roof top restaurant was nice. Staff were helpful
Room needs improvements Movies didnt work in room 118 A women was drunk on the roof top during dinner and swearing a lot and started humping some guy she met on the couch in middle of everyone during their dinner. Funny but low class.
