Rent o fräscht. Bra AC, perfekt temperatur hela tiden. (30-35 grader utomhus). Utmärkt frukostutbud. Något arrogant personal i receptionen. |

Perfekt läge, precis mellan alla sevärdigheter. Bra och snabb service på hotellet. Lungt och tyst i området, bra med frukost fram till kl:11,00. Härlig takterass. Lite hårda sängar |

Personalen var alltid glada, trevliga och mycket tillmötesgående. De talade perfekt engelska. Hotellet ligger mitt i Rom med nära till allt och kommer jag åter till Rom kommer jag välja samma hotel. |

Bra läge nära Tibern, ca 10-12 min promenad till Centro Storico; Pantheon, Piazza Navona och Fontana di Trevi. God, amerikansk frukost med mycket att välja på. Fräscht och välstädat! Personalen kunde varit lite mer tillmötesgående. Om du vill ha rökfritt rum skriv det som meddelande når du bokar, fick byta rum trots att vi bokat "srictly non-smoking"...Men ett lite minus dock, ordnades snabbt på plats! |

Everything. The location, there is a bus stop, bank, pharmacy beside the hotel. The hotel is very modern and gossy at the same time.The room was comfortable and clean.The service was excellent and the emlpoyees polite and helpful.The breakfast was huge and had everything. The fact that there isn't a nice view from the hotel because it is sourounded by other buildings. |

Very nice hotel . Walking distance to Vatican , Piazza popolo , Spanish Steps. nice rooms , a terrace bar ... Recommended highly. |

The reception staff were very helpful, when we lost a screw from our pram they were able to replace it for us! The breakfast was lvoely with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. The carpet on the floor of our room was very dirty. My son was crawling around on it and was literally black from the dirt. We could not let him play in the room in his nice clothes as I was worried I would not be able to get them clean! |

no hidden costs, breakfast room is nice, size of room is good, excellent variety & quality of toiletries. the walls of the room had some dirt stains on them. |

Hotel was in a good location, it was spacious and relaxing, an excellent range of food for breakfast, especialy fruit.reception personnell were helpful and efficient. I felt items (drinks) from the bar were a little pricey. |

The cleaner people came twice a day and the breakfast was open from 6.30 until 11, but remained well stocked they whole time. We had to pay up-front, I didn't like this aspect. |

Having just retuned from our stay at the Visconti Palace Hotel i can honestly say i would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in a long time, excellent value for money and the roof top terrace was wonderful. |

The room was new and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The complimentary shuttle to St. Marks was super. Staff was very friendly. It is a very large, mazelike building. The open air bar created a lot of noise during the night. |

usual hotel, not really in the center, but not too far. they do not have WiFi in the rooms and they do not have an operator like Swisscom that will provide 24 hours access but only 1-2-3 hours cards. not suitable for business travelers that wish to mix business and vacation. |

Excellent position. Clean bright and modern terrace grill and breakfast room. \modern reception area. We did not enjoy being located underneath the terrace restaurant. It was extremely noisy and made our stay very uncomfortable. We loved the size of the room and would have liked to have another comparable room away from the terrace restaurant. We also feel that the hotel must be aware of this problem and this particular room should be cheaper or at least offer guests a discount. |
