I highly recommend this hotel. It is very comfortable and located close to Malpensa airport. Best of all was the staff. Mr. Simone R. followed up on our booking to make sure we had the room configured properly for our two year old. Simone also welcomed us when we arrived at the hotel and gave us the tour of the hotel/room, recommended a nice restaurant for dinner and made us cappucinos in the morning before we left for the airport. All in all, a great experience.

Location - they were close to Malpensa Airport. Size - they were a small, family-run operation located in a local neighborhood. Personal service - Simone and his family were excellent hosts, picking me up after I dropped off a rental car; made reservations at an excellent local restaurant and provided transportation to and from the restaurant; provided a nice continental breakfast before we left for the airport in the morning even though we were leaving before their usual breakfast time; and they provided shuttle service for our family to the airport in the morning. Overall an excellent experience and I would stay there again!

The hotel staff, (mother and son), greeted us warmly. They provided an excellent dinner suggestion and then drove us to and from the restaurant. Our room was spotless and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding, more than could be eaten at any one setting. The complimentary shuttle to the airport made the start of a long day seem easier and hassle-free. An excellent stay.

Simone & his mother are very cooperative, very helpful and very nice people. The hotel location is 10 min. from Malpensa, Milan airport and is very comfortrable

The staff is very attentive and the care feels very personalized. The Hotel is so close to the airport and transport to/from is provided. The rooms are upscale, very clean and modern.

The people that ran the hotel made us feel at home right away! They went out of their way to show us around and that meant so much. Excellent experience

This is a gem of a small hotel, new, modern property with the warmth and frIendliness of owners helping you in every way possible. I chose this hotel because my three friends and I needed to be near Malpensa Airport (Milan) for a morning flight. Simone's mother picked us up from the airport where our shuttle bus from the Milan Train Station had dropped us and drove us to the hotel (10 minute drive). Simone greeted us at the hotel and carried in our many suitcases, his mom drove us to dinner and his dad came back to pick us up, Simone printed out our boarding passes for us, breakfast was good, and his mom delivered us back to Malpensa Airport the next morning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price of our two rooms was also excellent.

We stayed at Hotel Visconti as a Transit overnight stop from Malpensa Airport and it suited us admirably. Lovely family run business, the hotel is new and Simone, the son, does a great job as manager.We were picked up from airport and also taken to and picked up from restaurant for our evening meal. Colud not have hoped for more.

Wifi access kept dropping out. Also be aware that taxi from hotel to airport is expensive at E25 for a 5 minute ride, which we had to use (rather than hotel free service) due toa very early morning flight

Very friendly, helpful staff - great recommendation for dinner and for getting to specific destinations on a complicated day trip. Very flexible and cheerful about keeping the bar open so our late-arriving family members could enjoy a nightcap. Very quiet location, yet very close and convenient for Malpensa. Would definitely return!
