Family run hotel, great feeling as a over night stopover.. Owner gives you a special mix of VIP feeling and privacy , pickup drop off, great small size run local resurant network , fresh made coffee, owners mom baked a cake for the guest breakfest.

Simone was so helpful, contacting us before our arrival & arranging collection from the airport. Also was recommended local authentic restuarants to visit & given lifts to and from. Such a nice, casual atmosphere at the hotel. Great for a relaxation. Simone was always available if needed anything, was very flexible around our plans & gave advice & maps on where to visit. Beautiful view from our room of the mountains. Minutes from the airport where there is a train every 30mins straight into Milan city centre. Would recommend to everyone.

Only 10 minutes away from Malpensa, this is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are chic, but comfortable and the choice for breakfast is excellent. The best of all is the host Simone and his mother who will do absolutely everything to make sure your stay is perfect, from arranging pick ups at the Airport, to helping with travel plans. A truly excellent hotel, with fantastic hosts.

Someone had smoked in the "non smoking" room before our visit leaving an unpleasant smell in the room.

hotel Visconti is very lovely, clean and modern. the breakfast is good but the best thing about the hotel is simone, who helped us with our car rental and drove us to a great Italian restaurant and helped us with every request. we chose hotel visconti because we were flying back home from Malpensa airport in Milan- it is only a few minuted drive to the airport and the hotel offers a shuttle

This was a terrific experience. Not only did Simone, the hotel manager, help us with the return of our rental car but he also drove us to a great place for dinner.

Simone and his mother were wonderful hosts. They made the transition from a long vacation and getting back to the airport to head home so much less stressful and even relaxing by assisting us with dropping off our rental car and getting us back and forth to a nice local restaurant for dinner. It made the end of our trip much better than staying in a big hotel on top of the airport We were delivered to the airport the next morning within 10 minutes. On top of all of that the hotel was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was very satisfied with Visconti Hotel service. Owners make you feel at home. They are always ready to assist you in any possible way. Wether you arrive by plane or train they arrange transportation for you. The hotel is located 10 min away from Malpensa in a residential area therefore the hotel is very quite. This small family run hotel is new. The rooms are clean and comfotable. It is the ideal place to stay before a flight. There are many hotels around Malpensa Airpot but I doubt that they can match Visconti's service. Visconti hotel is definitely value for money.

Simone, the owner/proprietor, was incredibly helpful in providing a room, arranging to escort us to the rental car return, stowing my bike box overnight, giving us tips on Milano sights that could be seen in an afternoon, and guiding us to the proper trains. He directed us to a local restaurant and provided transportation to and from the restaurant. In addition, he provided transportation (and breakfast snacks, since we missed the continental breakfast) to the airport when it was time to depart the next morning. Our room was clean and well appointed, and considering the proximity to the airport, remarkably quiet. Our last night in Italy was a delight!

Let me clarify 2 answer above. The location is in the country side. There is little around this area in terms of shops etc. Secondly it is a pleasant and very nice apartment style accommodation. Both of the above is just what I was looking for. 10/10 Breakfast..... Minimal menu but seems the proprietor would try to obtain any sensible request for breakfast. Parking ...secure lock up garage available

It's modern, very clean, comfortable, quiet, a good location, and pleasant atmosphere. But the main attraction is the service and friendliness of the owners. Couldn't possibly be better. Made our last day in Italy a wonderful memory.

Simone and his mother, Cecilia, were just wonderful hosts. They were helpful in every way possible, from transport to/from the airport to driving us to a restaurant. The rooms were also clean, modern and very comfortable. I would stay at Hotel Visconti every time I went to Milan.

We've found Milano's Malpensa easy to navigate; the Visconti is very convenient to the airport and served us as a transition as we entered and left Europe. The accommodations are excellent; the continental breakfast goes well beyond expecations. The owners and staff are extraordinary; they continually go the extra mile--and then some--to ensure your visit is enjoyable and comfortable.

We booked the stay after reading the reviews and the staff lived up to the great reviews. They picked us up at the airport after coming by train, then took us to a good restaurant for dinner. Then next morning we had a good breakfast then were dropped off at the airport with plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Hotel Visconti is the perfect MXP accommodation. It is a family-run hotel and Simone and his parents are friendly, helpful, and really care about the comfort of their guests. Communication before your stay is great - Simone contacted me within minutes of my booking.com reservation with a welcoming email and stayed in contact until we arrived. They picked us up from the airport when we turned in our rental car and took us back to the airport the next morning. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is very nice with pastries, cereal, fruit, etc. If we ever fly in or out of Milan again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Visconti.

The staff was friendly, competent, and cooperative. The facility is very nice and extremely well maintained. It is very handy to the airport, which was the primary reason that we booked it. They were willing to prepare an early breakfast so we could meet an early flight. I can only say good things about the Visconti.
