The staff, especially Simone, were very helpful and friendly... eager to make sure all our needs were met. We were shuttled to and from the airport promptly. The shower would be better if glassed in. |

The staff were so nice and accomodating! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, carried our very heavy bags to our room for us, looked up information on the internet for us and had an awesome breakfast!! |

Small family run hotel - went over the top to help us - smooth pick up at airport and shuttle back the next morning. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. Simone arranged for a car to take us to a near by restaurant for dinner and then back to the hotel - there were no charges to us for either shuttle. Great breakfast - A very good choice for our last night in Italy. |

We arrived quite late and Simone (the owner) fetched us at the airport and took us to a restaurant, when we finished dinner we phoned him and though it was quite late he came to the tratoria and drove us to the hotel, which happens to be in a nice and quiet neighbourhood very near Malpensa airport. The hotel is small, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. |

Set in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this hotel is just 10 minutes from Malpensa. Beautifully appointed, with all the modern conveniences, the staff is absolutely delightful and went to great lengths to make our stay the best ever. I would highly recommend Hotel Visconti! There are no negatives whatsoever. |

Very frendly staff, room and bath are spotless, everything has latest technology.Afther traveling for a month in Italy ,we can say that this was one of the most engoyable hotel we stay in. On top of this , breakfest was great! Thank you Visconti. It wa hard to find it. Not enouhg directing signs. |
