Hotel Vittoria

Hotel has excellent location central to all historic buildings and a big parking lot right in front of it so it's particularly good if you are travelling by car.

Everything was good.

Very good location where you can see the old town and the new shopping area.

When we arrived we received a bottle of sparkling wine on ice which was a very nice touch. The room and hotel in general were spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It is located right on the promenade which was nice and it is very close, less than 5 mins walk, from the bus & train stations which is good as there is not alot to do in Trapani!

Nice staff. The restaurant has modern and pleasant design. Short distance to the historic city centre and to the beach. It was our honeymoon and the hotel prepared surprise for us - champaign :-)

Our room wasn't like room of 3 stars hotel (old fashion). There also should be possibility to display an information "do not disturb" (the staff came into our room three times when we were in)

Staff were friendly.

Request for seperate beds when booking was ignored. However this was corrected after showing my copy of the booking form.

Good buffet continental breakfast.

Did have problems with the fridge not working when we arrived at the Hotel, but the following day they replaced it with another one. We also had the outside shutters to the balcony collapse but again they were fixed very quickly.

Hotel is well located for an overnight stay in Trapani on the way elsewhere. Single room was a decent size and comofortable. Breakfast was a good buffet with nice coffee.

Overpriced plus pictures in Internet misleading

Stayed 3 nights here and very much enjoyed it! The hotel was in a good location and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even laying on a complimentary bottle of chilled Prosecco for our first night! Decent breakfast too.

Didn't bother us, but the decor was a bit dated.

Well located. Excellent Staff and very helpful. Very clean and good buffet breakfast. They greeted us with a bottel of bubly even though we arrived at 00.15 am. Close by there is all you need shops, railway, bus terminus, pizzerias, restaurants, excellent and value for money self service eating places and best of all the Scicilian warm welcome and extreemly helpful especially all the bus drivers.

This hotel met our expectations as a friendly three star hotel. Staff at reception were efficient and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and overlooked square. Functioning air conditioning helped to make our stay pleasant during a very hot spell. The hotel is convenient to the main town quarter, beach, main railway station, intercity bus terminal and also city buses to Erice. Ideal for those wishing to stay in Trapani for two or three days.

We had no complaints since the hotel lived up to our expectations of a three star Italian hotel.

This is a lovely, central, clean hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast is nice. It's a great location, within a 2 m inute walk from the beach and less than ten to the old town centre. We stayed here for 5 nights and when we returned to catch a ferry a week later they allowed us to leave our bags there for the day, sound!
