When we arrived we received a bottle of sparkling wine on ice which was a very nice touch. The room and hotel in general were spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It is located right on the promenade which was nice and it is very close, less than 5 mins walk, from the bus & train stations which is good as there is not alot to do in Trapani! |

The parking outside the hotel was very convenient and the position of the hotel itself quite close to the centro is also cery convenient, Rooms wer a good size and showers were lovely and hot! The hotel was fine- we just had trouble finding a good place to eat- I'm sure if we had asked hotel staff they would have pointed us in he right direction=ask before you wander, All other cities we have been able to easily find hosterias. ristorantes etc- here more difficult |

Nice staff. The restaurant has modern and pleasant design. Short distance to the historic city centre and to the beach. It was our honeymoon and the hotel prepared surprise for us - champaign :-) Our room wasn't like room of 3 stars hotel (old fashion). There also should be possibility to display an information "do not disturb" (the staff came into our room three times when we were in) |

well hotel is in central,nice design too early for many sweets in the buffet breakfast.....and I think for october month....its a little expensive... |

Staff were friendly. Request for seperate beds when booking was ignored. However this was corrected after showing my copy of the booking form. |

Good buffet continental breakfast. Did have problems with the fridge not working when we arrived at the Hotel, but the following day they replaced it with another one. We also had the outside shutters to the balcony collapse but again they were fixed very quickly. |

Good location. Close to train and bus stations - Walking distance. Approx 30 minutes by taxi to Birgi Airport. Walking distance to shops. Other Trapani hotels described as centrally located but are at least a drive away from nearest restaurant. This hotel is suitable for those who have chosen not to rent a a car. |

Hotel is well located for an overnight stay in Trapani on the way elsewhere. Single room was a decent size and comofortable. Breakfast was a good buffet with nice coffee. |

Clean, modern hotel in a city that wouldn't necessarily be a tourist destination. This hotel is good for a stopover for a day or a night. The beach is nearby for a swim. |

Stayed 3 nights here and very much enjoyed it! The hotel was in a good location and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even laying on a complimentary bottle of chilled Prosecco for our first night! Decent breakfast too. Didn't bother us, but the decor was a bit dated. |

Well located. Excellent Staff and very helpful. Very clean and good buffet breakfast. They greeted us with a bottel of bubly even though we arrived at 00.15 am. Close by there is all you need shops, railway, bus terminus, pizzerias, restaurants, excellent and value for money self service eating places and best of all the Scicilian warm welcome and extreemly helpful especially all the bus drivers. |

This hotel met our expectations as a friendly three star hotel. Staff at reception were efficient and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and overlooked square. Functioning air conditioning helped to make our stay pleasant during a very hot spell. The hotel is convenient to the main town quarter, beach, main railway station, intercity bus terminal and also city buses to Erice. Ideal for those wishing to stay in Trapani for two or three days. We had no complaints since the hotel lived up to our expectations of a three star Italian hotel. |

Good location: it was close to the city centre and to the train and bus stations The room was small and bathroom was very small, especially the shower where it was very difficult to turn inside. I think the hotel benefits from the fact that there are few hotels in Trapani. I think Price for Value was not optimum. |

This is a lovely, central, clean hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast is nice. It's a great location, within a 2 m inute walk from the beach and less than ten to the old town centre. We stayed here for 5 nights and when we returned to catch a ferry a week later they allowed us to leave our bags there for the day, sound! |
