Quiet, relaxed and comfortable. Easy access to the city of Ragusa. parking can be a problem. Told about a hotel parking permit only after having received a ticket. |

I liked the fact that we were in the city centre, close to ragusa ibla and not far from marina di ragusa. breakfast selection should be a bit wider, though the cornetti from Pasquale were excellent:) |

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, perhaps only one receptionist was less fluent in english to appear reluctant - the others were all excellent. The room was very clean and tidy and also well maintained. The room was larger than average and the facilities good. The views over the city are fantastic. Noise levels and other disturbance was generally low and a relaxed atmosphere prevails. Breakfast is adjacent at a fantastic caffe with the most delightful selection of foods. Without undue fuss and through good design and staff, the hotel makes guests feel both welcome and abit special too. City centre parking places can be abit of a challenge.as in any city. |

Ideal location. Beautiful hotel. Very, very nice hotel and friendly staff. Ragusa certainly deserves a visit and this is the place to stay. |

We lucked out and paid a great low season rate for essentially their penthouse room -- which was mod, spacious, and loft-like. I'm not sure what this room goes for in summer, but we felt like we had every luxury for a bargain price. No breakfast on site when we were there, but they gave us vouchers to some great local caffes and pasticcerie. And the location and views were great, too. |

La situation de l'hôtel, l'originalité de la chambre et l'espace à disposition. le fait de devoir prendre le petit-déjeuner dans une pâtisserie voisine o^ù l'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer... Et il faut insister pour obtenir un deuxième croissant et un supplément de thé... |

mio marito ed io abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia,la disponibilita' massima del personale addetto al ricevimento,il decoro e la pulizia della camera e del bagno e la posizione dove e' situato,in pieno centro citta'. non consiglierei questa struttura a chi ha difficolta' a muoversi in quanto e' privo di ascensore ed in alternativa di un corrimano.La reception,secdondo noi,apre tardi alle ore 7,30 tanto e' vero che quando abbiamo lasciato la citta' per spostarci a trapani abbiamo dovuto depositare le chiavi della ns stanza sulla maniglia della porta della reception |

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit toll eingerichteten, stilvollen Zimmern, die Zimmerdecken waren sicher 3 Meter hoch, wenn nicht mehr. Gute Lage. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer ausgesprochen guten Pasticeria gegenüber. Würden sofort wieder hinfahren. |

Ottimo hotel sito nella parte alta (nuova) di Ragusa, in un palazzo antico, prorio a fianco della Cattedrale barocca di San Giovanni Battista. Validissimo per visite alla Città vecchia (Ibla) o anche per soggiorni di lavoro. La colazione è servita in una fantastica pasticceria prospiciente l'hotel. |

Интересный дизайн отеля и номеров (покорила декоративная каменная ванна на балконе - под старину или реально древняя), отличная сантехника, хорошее расположение отеля, доброжелательный персонал. Нам разрешили оставить авто в бесплатной парковочной зоне прямо напротив входа, к сожалению, там всего два места, и рассчитывать на это всем вряд ли стоит. Был обещан бесплатный интернет, кабель выдали, но к сети так и не вышло подключиться, девушка на ресепшн не смогла помочь. На завтрак нам дали ваучер в бар отеля Монреаль - именно там он весьма минималистичен - кофе, сок, круассан. Нет лифта.Нет спутникового ТВ. |

De kamers zijn prachtig ontworpen en ingericht. De ligging van het hotel is perfect. We hadden begrepen een gratis parkeerplaats voor onze auto gereserveerd te hebben, maar bij aankomst bleek dat er slechts één parkeerplaats was en die was al vol. Betaalde parkeerplaatsen waren er overigens genoeg dicht in de buurt en kostten niet veel. |

Super gentil, parlent le francais et l'anglais, belles chambres design, respect de l'authenticité de l'hotel, agréable, simplement à recommander Pas de salle pour petit déjeuner, se prend en face de l'hotel dans un super salon de thé, patisserie, pas d'emplacement pour la voiture, une place de disponible, demander la carte de parking à l'hotel sinon vous avez droit à une ammende |
