La bona situació dins el nucli historic de la ciutat i que la sala d'esmorzar te unes bones vistes sobre la ciutat. que les habitacions necessiten una renovació i el cuarto de bany es extramadament petit. |

La situació excel·lent. La possibilitat per un preu molt bo de fer l'estada. Els esmorzars a la terrassa amb vistes al centre de la ciutat. En resum: molt bona qualitat de servei. |

Molt cèntric i còmode. L'aire condicionat de l'habitació s'agraeix si es viatja drurant els mesos de juliol i agost. L'esmorzar és poc variat. |

La terrassa de l'esmorzar tenia unes vistes precioes i la situació de l'hotel és genial. Faltava premsa en espanyol. Hi havia premsa en altres idiomes però no en castellà |

És un hotel una mica vell, però és molt cèntric. A més té una bonica terrassa on pots esmorzar amb vistes magnífiques a la ciutat. L'esmorzar, tot i que abundós, és poc variat. No hi ha res cuinat. |

Location to the attractions in Florence, Italy. Walking distance to the train station, the duomo, the Pitti Palace, museums, etc. Great location and loved the view from the dining area. Our room had a small balcony, which was wonderful. Funky smell in the bathroom...maybe a problem with the drain vent. |

Location was superb, a few minutes walk to every major sight but nice and quiet during the night. Very cool neighborhood with nice restaurants on this side of the river. Even though everything looked a little old fashioned in the building in general, it was very comfortable and hospitable. We loved it and will stay again. |

The hotel was clean and nice. Modern decor. Good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff.Free Internet connection in the room. 1. No parking faacilities in the hotel. Expensive and inconvenient facility in an outside garage.2/ Slow and small elevator. |

The staff was helpful, securing dinner reservations for us. The room was comfortable with a wonderful view of activity on the street below and vistas of the city. Because of the location, it could be noisy. |

Good water pressure in the shower. Great location and easily accessible on foot from all the key locations in town. The room was very small and is dated. The rooms would be nicer if they underwent some redecorating/refurbishments. Breakfast was included in the rate but we were leaving before the breakfast room opened. We were told we would get a boxed breakfast upon checkout. We never got the boxed breakfast. |

Had been recommended by our Son. Hotel right by Ponte Vecchio and was very handy to everything we wanted or expected to see in Florence. Walking to Churches, galleries etc was no problem. Staff were helpful and room was great. |

Location and proximity to the centre of Florence being within easy walking distance to the many City attractions, the Ponte Vecchio and several very good reasturants . Lift a bit slow. Breakfast room crowded at times at the peak period. Bed a bit hard! |

Location for our purpose was very good I was charged in GBP instead of Euros when paying final bill, this therefore cost me more. I should have been asked and only noticed when I had left the hotel |

The location was ideal for a three-day stay in Florence. It was close to everything. It had a spectacular view from the terrace where we enjoyed a glass or two of wine each night. The staff was outstanding and friendly. |

The best place in town - just at the end of Ponte Vecchio. Excellent for tourism, shopping, sight seeing, romance, anything. The room was very nice, big enough, well furnished. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. A little bit noisy at night, but no surprise, if you want to be right in the centre of life in Florence. Marvelous view of Florence from the breakfast room on the last floor. If the nice breakfast room at the top with the terazza was open till late evening, it could be a teriffic place to stay and have great view at night. |
