Perfect location to reach city landmarks on foot. Close to everything a traveler is looking for in a city so rich in history. |

Very nice hotel, very quiet and central but yet calm and quiet. The view from the restaurant is great! Some of the TV-channels were noisy |

The location is incredibly central - right beside the Ponte Vecchio - with spectacular views from the top floor restaurant and terrace. My room was spacious and good value for money, considering the location. |

Rooftop patio is a nice feature -- great views of the city while you enjoy a glass of local wine. Room was very comfortable, spacious, and outfitted with nice towels, slippers, etc. Hotel staff were pleasant and cordial. Location is hard to beat -- right beside the Ponte Vecchio and near lots of excellent restaurants and shops on the south side of the river. Included breakfast was a disappointment -- watery coffee, canned fruit. Skip it. |

The breakfast was nice. The fixtures in the rooms were old and not particularly clean. There was mold growing in and around the shower. It was loud in the room at night due to crowds on the street and too hot in the room not to have the windows open. |

Considering this is a 3 star hotel it was very professional and efficiently run. Clean and tidy throughout, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. Brilliant location for Florence attractions. No real problems or issues. Room rather noisey from street below but it is a city hotel. We did have a problem with a door frame that was dealt with within 10 minutes. |

The location of this hotel is superb, right at the Ponte Vecchio. Every major site in Florence is within walking distance. This was a great choice and great value. Bathrooms are small, but very clean and modern. |

very easy to find and convienently situated. Nice roof terrace although this wasnt accessible until after 4.30 pm. Very small dark room. The air conditioning did'nt work and the TV reception for english channels was really poor. The breakfast choice was poor, they did not even offer a teapot for tea, you made your own from luke warm water. They did have breakfast tea though. The min bar and cost of internet were very expensive |

Location is great, few steps from Ponte Vecchio, enabling walking to all major sights. Very hard to reach by car and no parking! Not even for 5 minutes to unload the luggage. There is a handful of garages close by but their rates are very high. |

comfortable bed, hot water, good buffet breakfast, could make a drink in the foyer, provided map. obliging restaurant staff, one extremely helpful receptionist amongst satisfactory reception service. the strong box did not work and the fault was not rectified during our stay, an alternative, using the reception strong box, was taken, but it was only useful for things we did not need until checkout. |

Well our stay was outstanding in that they they gave us the penthouse suite for the ordinary room that we booked. Lots of space and great view. But I'll assume that we had the regular room. location was terrifica and all the facilities were above average. |

Location was good and the staff were helpful. There were no facities to make a hot drink in the morning and more emphasis had been placed on design rather than functionality in the room, particularly the absence of draws. |

I stayed one night to visit Uffizi the day after. The location of the hotel is very nice, at the foot of the bridge. It is very close to everywhere. The staff was very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage in the hotel till evening. Breakfast was good with a nice view of Florance. Room was clean, small, hot. There was a tv, a safe box and a minibar. It is very suitable for short trips to floranc |

The location. It is in a walking distance of everything. I was expecting a more confortable ( and larger) room for the price. |

The room I stayed in was tiny, dingy, the shower was moldy, the carpet was old, the lighting was poor, the halls were dark. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but only stayed one and found a much nicer hotel. |
