rooftop terrace and bar ability to have light meals on terrace location was excellent staff in bar very good reception staff offhand and cold woken regularly by noise in back alley shower bath rediculous set up virtually no screen and saturated bathroom resulting beds very hard

The location is excellent, off of the famous Ponte Vecchio, so its convenient to major museums, shopping,restaurants within the old city.The staff was warm and helpful. The Nescafe coffee machines are awful. The taste is so poor its a wonder Nescafe continues to be a brand in Europe!

Location very near Ponte Vecchio. Beautiful roof-top terrace breakfast area. Lots of road noise outside the window until well after 2 am. Difficult to locate.

The location is excellent. The historical center is only 5 minutes walk and Firenze smn station is 10-15 minutes walk The lift is very small

The breakfast area on the 6th floor offers a terrace and a nice view of the Duomo. The walk to many attractions is not far. My room overlooked Via dei Barbadori and was quiet. The well insulated window reduced scooter noise to a reasonable level. A Conad super market is only meters away as well as a bread bakery and, of course, pasticceria. There were no dislikes to note.

Incredible friendly staff in the hotel restaurant, great views and location, very clean and tidy rooms without any cauding anu disturbance Not so friendly female assistant at the reception was pretty much the only "minus" point of this hotel!
