We loved the location, the view and the fact that we could open the window and look out onto the street. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast or a drink. Close to a number of lovely restaurants.

Staff were very helpful. Excellent location - literally at the end of Ponte Vechio. Although not provided by the hotel the parking was very close and secure. Taxi stand just outside the door.

Very well positioned in order to visit the city centre. Very nice vews from the terrace. The staff very good.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Clean& comfortable. I loved it. In fact I've stayed there 2 x in this last year. Great breakfast /cocktail terrace too! Highly recommend !

Terrific location to access both sides of the river. It was also linked to the main train station by the orange D buses (once I worked out the system - ticket can be purchased from the Tabbac across from Hotel).

My room was under the kitchen and there was a drip from the ceiling which continued after it was 'fixed', and the room often smelt of gas when I first entered the room. Also had problems with their system for Wi-Fi.

Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations. The roof-top bar was especially enjoyable. Our waiter was very nice.

There was nothing to dislike.

We loved the location, we were a block from the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. The rooms were comfortable and the roof top bar was lovely with great views of Florence.

The washbasin did not retain the water. We mentioned this at reception and the gentleman said it would be attended to. Nothing happened. Fortunately we had brought with us spare sink plugs as we had experienced this problem in other hotels.

Everything, location, price &service all excellent

Location,location location! Fantastic. Right at the end of Ponte Vecchio and just ten minutes walk from literally everywhere in Florence you could possibly wish to visit. Staff very helpful with train timetables and booking opera tickets for us. Particularly loved the rooftop terrace overlooking the duomo and skyline of Florence - fabulous way to spend breakfast. Each evening at about 6 we sat there, listening to the sounds of Italy with a glass of good wine and a platter of cold meat and cheese - just superb. I would never stay anywhere else in Florence.

Rooms are spotlessly clean but like most Italian hotels, simple.

Excellent location. Wonderful view from the room. Charming and romantic terrace restaurant with view of the city. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautifully decorated hotel (even has a comfortable sitting room for reading).

The location is excellent, off of the famous Ponte Vecchio, so its convenient to major museums, shopping,restaurants within the old city.The staff was warm and helpful.

The Nescafe coffee machines are awful. The taste is so poor its a wonder Nescafe continues to be a brand in Europe!

Location very near Ponte Vecchio. Beautiful roof-top terrace breakfast area.

Lots of road noise outside the window until well after 2 am. Difficult to locate.
