Vivahotel Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio

■中心地の観光に大変便利なロケーション。観光の途中でトイレ休憩できる。■スタッフは感じの良い人が多か- った。日本人スタッフは3日間中見かけなかった。■S.M.ノヴェッラ駅からはタクシー乗り場のそばから出ているミニバスD番に乗ると街の西側を通って、ホテルのドア- の正面に止まる。■鍵つき扉のある手荷物預かり棚でスーツケースを預かってくれる。大きいスーツケースが入- るかは不明。■どの部屋にもバスタブがあるとスタッフが言っていた。

■ロビーは改装されて良い雰囲気だが、部屋の内装が古びている。ハネムーンには適さないと思う。水周りは普- 通。（通常のダブルルームに宿泊）■エレベーターが遅い。■部屋の鍵が開けにくい。　←いずれも我慢できる範囲です。

今までにも数回利用させていただいています。　この季節、テラスでの朝食はとても気持ちよく、快適な滞在でした。　フィレンツェに滞在の際にはまた利用したいと思います。

朝食テラスからの眺めは期待どおりでよかった。朝食ルームのスタッフも感じがよかった。

入り口ドアの建付けが悪かったけれど、不自由ではなかった。

Ｂｏｏｋｉｎｇ．ｃｏｍ　の地図を頼りに行ったが、ホテルの場所が解からず到着するのに随分と時間がかかった。

テラスからの眺めは良いと思うので、食事時以外でも開放したほうがこのホテルの特色になると思う。

バスルーム内の下水道の臭いが気になった。

For the rate, which I paid, I've got a full satisfation. Excellent location, good breakfast, my room was quiet enough... I will recommend your hotel to my friends.

To put real glasses in the room and add a body lotion to the bathroom set...

Location to the attractions in Florence, Italy. Walking distance to the train station, the duomo, the Pitti Palace, museums, etc. Great location and loved the view from the dining area. Our room had a small balcony, which was wonderful.

Funky smell in the bathroom...maybe a problem with the drain vent.

The hotel was clean and nice. Modern decor. Good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff.Free Internet connection in the room.

1. No parking faacilities in the hotel. Expensive and inconvenient facility in an outside garage.2/ Slow and small elevator.

Good water pressure in the shower. Great location and easily accessible on foot from all the key locations in town.

The room was very small and is dated. The rooms would be nicer if they underwent some redecorating/refurbishments. Breakfast was included in the rate but we were leaving before the breakfast room opened. We were told we would get a boxed breakfast upon checkout. We never got the boxed breakfast.

Location and proximity to the centre of Florence being within easy walking distance to the many City attractions, the Ponte Vecchio and several very good reasturants .

Lift a bit slow. Breakfast room crowded at times at the peak period. Bed a bit hard!

Location, location and location..... and the fabulous room terrace at the breakfast room.

It is about time the hotel considers renovating the rooms.
