Nära till allt och god frukost. En del av personalen är till och med ohövlig. Vi hade varit på detta hotell tidigare och vi tyckte att deras personal var utmärkt. Nu är det helt annat. |

Så otroligt centralt! Underbart hotell med jättetrevlig personal. Fantastisk frukost och jättesköna sängar! /In the middle of the city! Wonderful personel. Great breakfast! Supercomfortable beds! Nä, inte direkt. Bäddningen var kanske inte hundra procent noggrannt gjort, men så är jag ju också lite av ett bäddnings-freak. Så om jag ska vara rättvis mot de stackars städerskorna så var allt prima! /Not really. |

Ett centralt hotell med bra standard. Underbar frukost matsal med utsikt över bergen i Florens. Mycket nära till nöjen och shoppning. Fräscha rum, kanske lite litet men räcker till för en person. Mycket trevlig frukost/bar personal. |

Hotellet låg bra, centralt i Florens, lätt att hitta pga närhet till bron Ponte Vecchio, nära till shopping, sevärdheter, restauranger, härlig utsikt från frukostmatsalen med en liten terass, lagom trevlig frukost även med färsk frukt, rena rum. Svagt kaffe vid frukost, nonchalant personal i receptionen, såg besvärade ut, kunde inte ta kreditkort utan pinkod vilket restaurangerna inte hade något problem med. |

Väldigt bra läge vid Ponte Vecchio. Folkliv på gatan utanför men inte störande - snarare "atmosfär". Ligger på Oltranosidan - som känns litet som Stockholms Söder. Första kvällen/natten kände jag någon sorts avgaslukt som jag inte kunde identifiera, men den försvann... |

For the rate, which I paid, I've got a full satisfation. Excellent location, good breakfast, my room was quiet enough... I will recommend your hotel to my friends. To put real glasses in the room and add a body lotion to the bathroom set... |

Location to the attractions in Florence, Italy. Walking distance to the train station, the duomo, the Pitti Palace, museums, etc. Great location and loved the view from the dining area. Our room had a small balcony, which was wonderful. Funky smell in the bathroom...maybe a problem with the drain vent. |

Location was superb, a few minutes walk to every major sight but nice and quiet during the night. Very cool neighborhood with nice restaurants on this side of the river. Even though everything looked a little old fashioned in the building in general, it was very comfortable and hospitable. We loved it and will stay again. |

The hotel was clean and nice. Modern decor. Good breakfast. Polite and helpful staff.Free Internet connection in the room. 1. No parking faacilities in the hotel. Expensive and inconvenient facility in an outside garage.2/ Slow and small elevator. |

The staff was helpful, securing dinner reservations for us. The room was comfortable with a wonderful view of activity on the street below and vistas of the city. Because of the location, it could be noisy. |

Good water pressure in the shower. Great location and easily accessible on foot from all the key locations in town. The room was very small and is dated. The rooms would be nicer if they underwent some redecorating/refurbishments. Breakfast was included in the rate but we were leaving before the breakfast room opened. We were told we would get a boxed breakfast upon checkout. We never got the boxed breakfast. |

Had been recommended by our Son. Hotel right by Ponte Vecchio and was very handy to everything we wanted or expected to see in Florence. Walking to Churches, galleries etc was no problem. Staff were helpful and room was great. |

Location and proximity to the centre of Florence being within easy walking distance to the many City attractions, the Ponte Vecchio and several very good reasturants . Lift a bit slow. Breakfast room crowded at times at the peak period. Bed a bit hard! |

Location for our purpose was very good I was charged in GBP instead of Euros when paying final bill, this therefore cost me more. I should have been asked and only noticed when I had left the hotel |

The location was ideal for a three-day stay in Florence. It was close to everything. It had a spectacular view from the terrace where we enjoyed a glass or two of wine each night. The staff was outstanding and friendly. |
