Brilliant location and views from the Terrace restaurant. Good choice for Breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms in need of an update and en suite very cramped.

Location is Fantastic, Hotel is very clean and staff was excellent;

Breakfast is Poor ;only one choice of fresh cheese and ham. In Tuscany you would expect to find at least some variety of ham and cheese; Other items at breakfast were good;

very good friendly Hotel in a fabulous location. the Breakfast restaurant on the top floor has incredible views over Florence. The breakfast buffet was somewhat chaotic... the coffee machine ran out every few minutes.. otherwise the food selection was good.

You could not fault the location, just off the ponte vecchion. While I class this as budget, it wasn't your usual run of the mil cheap and nasty budget hotel. The rooms were clean, and well maintained. Just perhaps not quite as modern as other hotels.

Only complaint was one night service staff were a little short with us when we had intranet problems.

Efficient friendly staff. Very clean room with bath. Great breakfast room and bar terrace on 6th floor overlooking the City. Location can't be bettered with the best of Florence literally on the doorstep. Will store your luggage on the last day so can sightsee without the baggage.

Winderful location. In effect this was a suite for three, and it was great that my son had his own room and tv. Breakfast room was very nice, as was the breakfast itself.

Lack of shower curtain was odd as it made it very difficuolt to shower without messing up the entire bathroom. Charging for Wi-Fi seems ridiculous given the room rate at this hotel--this amenity should be included.

fantastic position near point vechio and walking distance to museums and the tourist area. Staff were lovely. Great room for breakfast or wine bar at night.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Location was excellent. Easy access to Florence's sights. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Breakfast room not big enough if a lot of people are having breakfast at the same time.

We selected by googling hotels. We had no previous knowledge so the choice was based on reviews and location. We were not disappointed with our choice. Location was brilliant and that was so important to us. The roof terrace added a little extra, a great place for an evening drink and breakfast. Our welcome was warm. The room comfortable and very clean. For alone night stay it was excellent.

One concern was that no check made when keys were collected from reception when we returned. A small point, maybe the reception staff had excellent memory for faces but it could have been anyone collecting a key at random.

Nice breakfast, servicable room with good shower, helpful staff and fantastic location. Would stay there again without hessitation
