Great location near on the major attractions, pleasant and helpful staff, excellent spread for breakfast, private steam room and situated on the main shopping street.

Small lift in the Vivaldi

Vivaldi Luxury Rooms are a furnished suite arrangement that is part of Hotel Mozart and is 1 minute walking. They have their own small breakfast room and share other facilities with the main hotel. Therefore, I will slightly modify my earlier review of Hotel Mozart and adapt it to this hotel. Good things about this hotel is location, location, location. Walking distance to Spanish steps, Plaza del popolo ...etc. It is at the center of things. Staff attitude was really good, people went out of there way to help whenever possible. They booked tours, got information, made hotel reservations all with a smile. They did small things such as packing breakfast when we had an early tour ..etc. Really helpful. Sound insulation is really good, you in the room we stayed in, we could not hear any noise from the street. We stayed in a room with Jacuzzi and room size and furniture was excellent.

Internet connection is down most of the time, really poor. You can go next door to get internet, but while you are in this hotel, you will not have internet connection. Staff are aware of this issue and you will not get help. The hotel has no lift for customers. They have one clunky old lift that is usable by staff only. We were luck to have rooms on the first floor, but it would have been difficult to get to 3rd of 4th floor if our room was there.

The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are great! In the court yard you can hear music frpm the music academy, which gives a nice touch to the stay.

The elevator.... I got a room with a rather secluded, dull atmosphere the first day, which I didn't expect having stayed a Vivaldi before. But they gave me another one the following day. When you travel alone and stay on for several days the room in itself becomes more important, which the reception/booking desk should be aware of.

The hotel Vivaldi I liked the location, ideal for those who travel to Rome and see the sights and shopping, nice big rooms, though it does not apply to single rooms, they just cubicles, responsive and friendly staff.

Did not like the breakfast, a small selection, no hot food (even elementary omelette was not). A more disadvantages I have not noticed

This hotel was amazing! A beautiful room right near the spanish steps and central shopping area. It had free wifi which was great even though it was down a lot. For the price, I think this hotel was a steal.

It was our first time visiting Rome and coming from Canada we wanted something modern with walking distance to everything (shopping, restaurants and sightseeing). We took subway from the Train station to the hotel. The roads are not meant for the luggage and it was a little bit difficult to walk. Escalators did not work and we had to carry our luggage through all the steps. As we exit the subway, the first thing we saw was the Spanish steps after 7 minutes of walking we were at the Mozart hotel. After quick check in we walked to the Vivaldi. The first room they showed us had smell of cigarets, as we complained to the front desk, they changed our room right away. We were very happy with that. The hotel building is very old with the funny elevator, but it is just outside of the building. Our room was new, recently renovated with air conditioner. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choice (fruits, yogurts, pastry)and excellent Italian coffee. Staff is very kind and willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay and thought that it was an excellent choice. From our hotel we were able to walk everywhere ( Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Vatican, Coliseum....) shopping and restaurants right outside from the hotel. We enjoyed it all!!!

Témpérature élevée dans la chambre

La disponibilité et la serviabilité du personnel de l'hôtel. La situation centrale de l'hôtel par rapport aux curiosités touristiques de Rome. Bien situé pour faire du shopping. A proximité des transports publics.

το μονον μειον ειναι το ανσασερ αλλα οχι μεγαλο προβλημα.

La ubicacion y el desayuno

El colchon era malisimo , todos los dias me levantaba con dolor de espalda . la habitacion pequeña y mal decorada . no funcionaba la calefaccion y nos pusieron un calefactor .... la luz de iba de vez en cuando .... muchos ruidos tanto de la calle como del interior ya que el hotel estaba de obras y no lo cerraron con la consiguiente incomodidad de los clientes . no es un buen hotel y menos de 4 estrellas .

Consigliatissimo. Ottimo staff, disponibile e gentile, camere molto belle e ben pulite. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città, essendo in pieno centro è perfetto per girarla a piedi.

Отель хороший, месторасположение супер, до всех достопримечательностей Рима 15 минут пешком. Рядом остановка с экскурс. автобусами. Звукоизоляция хорошая.

Слабый интернет. Завтраки однообразные (горячего нет). Парковка дорогая.

חדר שקט במקום מאד מרכזי ברומא. ניתן להגיע ברגל למרבית אתרי התיירות. נוח עם שרות מעולה.

La situation était parfaite. Le personnel accueillant et très avenant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux.

Le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas (problème du serveur).

La posizione del vivaldi era molto buona,anche la nostra camera era bella

Ci sono rimasta malissimo per la colazione era molto scarsa. Quando ho prenotato speravo di avere una bella camera con l'idromassaggio e invece....niente.era una semplice camera da letto.

Veramente carino, in ottima posizione, ben arredato, confortevole...

Ya lo conocia, me gusta el hotel en si, las habitaciones, la decoracion, el tamaño y sobre todo la ubicacion.

La pulizia e la cortesia del personale. posizione ottima per la visita della città. purtroppo solo l'ultimo gg mi sono accorta che hanno anche un servizio gratuito di bikerental di cui non ho usufruito.

A localização. Era um lugar bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes, lojas perto o suficiente dos pontos turísticos. Fizemos quase tudo a pé. O quarto tinha um excelente tamanho para os padrões europeus.
