The location of the hotel was excellent, all attractions within walking distance and lots of restaurants near by.
The location is really great. We walked to almost everywhere from the hotel.
Too much noise. We were awakened at 6.30am by the people preparing the breakfast in the morning and then couldn't get to sleep before midnight because of the music in the ice cream shop downstairs...When calling the reception, the staff was very responsive though. And the breakfast is not as amazing as what we could read in the comments from other customers.
The location is excellent for walking everywhere and plenty of reasonable restaurants and bars close by.
This was our third visit and on previous occasions ( last one was in 2006) the rooms we stayed in were much superior to this one so we were surprised when we checked in - previous stays we had a large lobby, full double wardrobe and a jacuzzi bath and shower. Nothing wrong with the room just much smaller and less grand than previously - perhaps due to the fact we had such an excellent rate through Booking.com.
We loved the hotel. It is right on Via del Corso and within walking distance to all major attractions. We had a 14m2 room which was perfect for us two and an additional cot. The rooms are extremely clean and must have been recently refurbished. The common area of the rooms is also extremely well kept. Good selection at breakfast. I will certainly return.
Hotel was in the centre of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions. The security of the hotel was very good. There was a fair selection for breakfast.
The fact that our room was on the main road and so there was a fair amount of noise during the night so the window needed to be kept closed. Also on 2 of our 4 nights there was music being played somewhere nearby in the early hours, on the 2nd occasion I had to phone reception at the Mozart who said they would send someone to sort it, it did stop about half hour later which was good as we were unable to sleep with it.
Breakfast starts too late
The location is fantastic
The service on the roof garden is worse than awful
We could not have been happier with everything! We had friends stay here in October and they recommended it highly to us...they were right! The first night we decided to have dinner at their rooftop restaurant, the view was amazing (we felt like we were watching a movie), the staff was great and the food was delicious! The location, staff and room were perfect!
Great location. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautifull music from music school.
Just a bit tired.
The location of this hotel was terrific. Close to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Breakfast was a decent array of food.
I was very upset when we arrived as there is massive renovation going on in the building where the rooms are located. The elevator did not work so it was 4 flights of stairs to go up. The management says I was informed of this ahead of time but I received no notification. There is also no front desk in the building of the rooms. The desk is around the corner. The rooms themselves were ok but the no elevator and construction was not good! Check before you book if renovation is done!
The elevator is on maintenance, may not work for long time. It's not convenient for customer with heavy luggages.
Location very good
No Air conditioner. .wi-fi not so good. .Price is high. .stuff not friendly
-Extremely clean. Spotless -Amazing location. You won't find a better location in Rome. You can walk to any of the sights and restaurants from here. Also, great shopping area -Luxurious rooms. Really spacious, comfortable bed, great large bathrooms and bedrooms -Great value. I still can't believe how cheap it was for 3 nights
-Only thing is the elevator wasn't working. Didn't bother us but if you have a lot of things to carry could be a burden
lovely clean and newly refurbished rooms, superb breakfast and location is spot on,would stay again
No lift but we knew that should be ready in May.We had 2 rooms with one much larger than the other so worth asking for the larger rooms. Hotel Staff not exactly selling Rome to you like where to go etc,On checkout I was presented with the bill without any dialogue whats ever, not even the typical staff comment 'was everything alright' . But if you ask a question they seemed ok,
Great staff and location easy for any adventure being art, historical or just plane old shopping
The breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and pretty. And the location was perfect.
The elevator was not working so we had to go up and down the stairs.. not a very good idea for a pregnant woman.
i love the location and the room is much bigger and comfortable than regular hotel rooms
breakfast is really good location is perfect.there is no alternative for me in rome.
Location Really clean Lovely room
Wi-fi didn't work properly Lift wasn't working and we had to walk up three flights of stairs (not a problem for us but could be for others)
Room colorful, comfortable and very clean Personnel very kind and helpful Breakfast rich! Wifi very good!Super location!!!Would go again!!!
Noise from vehicles, probably trucks, at around 5-6am Elevator small and old but did work.
