The apartment clean and comfortable. Everything it was great.
No microwave oven, frying pans, and wine glass.
Everything was perfect!
Very good apartment in an ideal location to see many things. About 15 minutes walking to the train station (Napoli Centrale). Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
We wasted about 45 minutes in the dark looking for the apartment because the street is not marked, the building had no number on it and the name was not on the front door directory. Had to call to be enscorted or we would have never found the place. An email with specific directions and/or pictures would have helped.
Very clean, tidy and quiet. Friendly staff, very helpful. Located in side street so feels intimidating if you are new to the city but is actually OK.
Not easy to find (no identification outside, and no address number showing). No on-site reception. Charged the children for city tax when not due for under 18's.
The hosts were accomodating. The kitchen and washing machine was great. The lounge, balcony, lift were great. Walk to old city was close and easy enough to manage.
The area didn't feel safe at all. Felt like the "bad" side and after traveling around naples we realised we weren't in an area suited for young families. No resturants nearby at all.
Everything to be honest! Before arrival we had a welcome email from Daniele, the manager. He offered to pick us up from the airport for a very good price. He was so helpful throughout our stay - he really couldn't do enough for us! The apartments are in a recently converted building - most of the apartments are residential. The standard of the apartments was excellent - we had two - with very new furniture and fittings and spotlessly clean. Everything you could need was supplied. It is in a busy area - just a few minutes walk from the port and a couple of minutes from one of the main streets - no more than 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Bearing in mind that Naples is a very busy and noisy place once inside the apartments it was very quiet. One piece of advice - make sure you take good note of the apartment buildings location when you go out - a lot of the narrow streets can look very much the same when you return at night! There were several good restaurants within five minutes walk - and plenty of local shops too.
Nothing! The apartments exceeded our expectations! Very happy with everything.
The staff was helpful. Rooms comfortable, clean and accessible. The perfect place for a stay in Neapol.
nice apartment. big.
nice place, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom
an air-conditioner only in the living room (no conditioner in the bedroom) due to the size of the apartments. in fact, it is not comfortable to live there for 3 people since there is not much space there and one of us sleeping in the living room made it hardly possible for the others to access the bathroom.
-The placement was perfet. We had only a few days to see the town and the apartment was just a litle walk away from the historic centre. - The apartment has all the facilities you can need . - Daria is a perfet anfitrion. Any doubt, we just had to ask her by whatsup.
I' can't remember anything I dislike!
TV didn't have any English speaking Chanel's
not easy to find
Great apartment close to the old centre of Naples. Host was very welcoming. Air con was a great addition as it was very warm in Naples. Apartment security was more than adequate. Felt very happy here. The home baked goodies were a treat.
Hard to find, I would suggest calling in advance so you can meet with the host. Could do with a sharp knife in the kitchen
value, cleanliness and friendly staff especially Danielle(guy).
Our short stay hence no time to enjoy hospitality of staff and sights and food of Naples.
Good location, 10 min walk to train station. 15 min walk to ferries. Fairly modern
Bad internet Noisy at night (coming from streets)
Location was fairly central, Daniel was very obliging. Just what we needed for a two night stop over.
Litter in streets.
We basically liked everything. It was a wonderful experience and we very much appreciated the hospitality and a personal touch provided by the host, Daniele. If we are ever in Naples again, we are not going to think twice where to stay. Vivi Napoli will be our obvious choice. The neighborhood is very interesting with a lot of italian flavor and traditions. It is located in a very close proximity to one of the Naples' main arteries, Corso Umberto. Also, it is very close to the Main train terminal, and other convenient things. The units are very well maintained, with all modern amenities. There are many small stores around, so it is not a problem to get groceries, or order a take out. We had a car, and Daniele nicely worked out a parking space for us not far from the apartment. Overall, it was a great experience and we loved it very much.
Driving in Naples is a big challenge. It has nothing to do with the apartment, but we would recommend to avoid it whenever possible. Parking, in general, is another problem in the historical center.
Modern apartment. Helpful staff. Good washing machine for clothes. Sufficient warm water for the shower.
Beds and linen could be more comfortable. Location is just outside the historical centre. Very Napolitan: it took us a few days to get used to it.
Great location and friendly host, along with the convenience of being picked up at the airport.
I liked everything.
I like the staff, very friendly,
Todo estaba bien y cerca de todos los atiendas en el centro perfecto... Everything was good, daniele always here for us and advice us good places for going out and eat , the building is amazing clean and new its a very good places even for my napolitans friends very good ....
La wifi was bad but worked anyway , thanks god !!!
Location was perfect and easy to find. Everything in the apartment was brand new and had all the amenities you would need. Comfortable beds and hot water! Good value for money and I will definitely stay again,
Daniel is an excellent host and very helpful and very concerned when my husband took ill during the stay.
There is no staff on site, so that can be a problem. We were stuck at the main door each time we went out as the lock was very stiff. The shower area is far too small for a bath.
location, space, personal service
the host is so good and told me how to get there guest house very patiently. Also he told me where to eat the best pizza and gave me the map for the city and help me find the way to them. So good apartment and so good owner!!!! Sure will come again if I got time!!!!
