The location was absolutely perfect! Very close to everything via Metro which is right by hotel. Great for a budget hotel! |

Kindness of the staff, well decorated room. they shouldn't claim breakfast is included, as it's limited, uncomfortable (in a bar next door without seats) and unsuficient (1 piece of sweet bread and 1 coffee cup per person only), so guests have to have a proper breakfast somewhere else anyway. |

The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was hard to find and when we did find it we were taken somewhere else however for the price you were paying I didn't expect the worlds greatest hotel. |

Near to Central station Complete apartment is converted to a hotel and owners are staying somewhere else. You do not get the experience of of an Italian household. Breakfast is served in a cafetaria closeby where you get one piece of bread(bun, etc.) and one drink, not a proper breakfast. |

Excellent, friendly staff (owners?). Fairly good location, as far as distance from the centre is concerned. It hurts to write the cons, but fair is fair. It's not made clear in the description, but essentially what you get is a room in an apartment — shared bathrooms and everything, that comes with it. The location is central, yet unpleasant, noise outside is close to unbearable. "Bed and Breakfast" is basically just bead — you get a coupon that can be exchanged for coffee and a croisant a couple blocks away. |

The staff were charming and helpful and so friendly. One of the toilets didn't flush properly every time. The water ran cold one evening (but was perfect for the other 3 evenings). The location is a bit seedy but not unsafe - and so close to Termini! |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of information about sights, restaurants, where to eat and were not to eat, how to use the metro, There was no breakfast, on first day after we got back from sightseeing we noticed there was a tiny little croissant and small fruit juice left on the table. On following days we got nothing, so I would definitely not use the word bed&BREAKFAST for this place, because there was no breakfast. We weren't very disappointed, because we had read from the reviews the same thing. Just be aware of this. |

Estaba muy bien comunicado, el personal era simpático, y gozas de total libertad. Si volviera a Roma, repetiría. Además, el desayuno, aunque fuera aparte, estaba muy bueno. La verdad, da pena decir algo malo, de lo a gusto que estuvimos. No se puede cerrar las puertas de las habitaciones, pero no hubo problemas. |

El trato del encargado fue excelente, los lavabos y las habitaciones estaban limpios y aseados. El desayuno es bastante escaso, una mini pasta y un café con leche... y nada más. Por lo demás no tengo queja alguna... |

il est a proximité de la gare TERMINI à Rome, proximité des lieux touristiques et est en plein centre ville le petit déjeuner se passe dans un bar à proximité, il est difficile de le trouver puisqu'il n'est pas très bien indiqué sur le fronton de la résidence. |

Es acogedor y comodo. Al ser familiar (solo 4 habitaciones) el hecho de que los baños sean compartidos no es un problema No tiene cocina o heladera para conseguir agua, la zona no es la mejor, aunque es centrica. |
