The unremarkable entrance conceals a big surprise. Our room (Pirandello) under the eaves was beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom area. The staff were delightful. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was under the eaves of the roof. As such it got the full heat of the day. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was very poor and never cooled the room sufficiently. It was also noisy. The bed pillows were hard.

A very well-equipped and centrally placed hotel with helpful staff. Large rooms well air-conditioned in the very hot weather of this summer. Very near the historic centre of the town and easy to reach by car. Garage. Bathroom open to the bedroom - no doors! What if the other person is sleeping and wishes not to be disturbed? Bad design! Breakfasts could be better.

The best hotel I've stayed in in Arezzo (and I've stayed in many). Quirky, cool furniture and fantastic bedrooms. Giant bathubs, frescoes on the ceilings, friendly staff, ample breakfast and perfect location - what's not to like? Good price too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Large room, with AC. Bath for two! I have no complaints, but two suggestions. (1) make WiFi free in every room, (2) add some simple salad items at breakfast (tomatoes, etc). These would turn this hotel from a very good hotel into an outstanding hotel.

The interior is quite nice. Easy to access to the city center. The guest room has no wall for the bathroom (shower room) . So old people may hesitate it.

We were amazed by the room decoration. The hotel is placed in the most convenient spot of the town, enabling the visitor to walk through the whole historical center of Arezzo. Large room, bathroom of superb design, very good breakfast (with real italian coffee!!!). Overall, a great experience. None

Personale davvero cordiale e le camere sono davvero belle, grandi e confortevoli. Noi avevamo due camere e siamo rimasti una sola notte, la notte del 31 dicembre, purtroppo prima di uscire per il cenone quando siamo andati a fare la doccia non c'era l'acqua calda.
