The unremarkable entrance conceals a big surprise. Our room (Pirandello) under the eaves was beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom area. The staff were delightful. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was under the eaves of the roof. As such it got the full heat of the day. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system was very poor and never cooled the room sufficiently. It was also noisy. The bed pillows were hard.

We were amazed by the room decoration. The hotel is placed in the most convenient spot of the town, enabling the visitor to walk through the whole historical center of Arezzo. Large room, bathroom of superb design, very good breakfast (with real italian coffee!!!). Overall, a great experience. None

Personale davvero cordiale e le camere sono davvero belle, grandi e confortevoli. Noi avevamo due camere e siamo rimasti una sola notte, la notte del 31 dicembre, purtroppo prima di uscire per il cenone quando siamo andati a fare la doccia non c'era l'acqua calda.

Muy bien situado, parking público al lado para dejar el coche, habitaciones muy amplias, suelo madera, el chico de recepción Marco muy amable para todas las indicaciones, reserva restaurantes, salida de la ciudad en coche, etc. El desayuno no corresponde con el resto de las prestaciones del hotel, Bollería seca y la dejaban de un día para otro, por lo que cada día estaba más seca. El otro conserje, un señor mayor, bastante antipático y no nos hizo la reserva en un restaurante que le pedimos, pues "se le olvidó" y ni siquiera se disculpó

L'Hotel è in ottima posizione centrale e di immediato accesso alla bella fiera dell'antiquariato che si tiene I primi sabato e domenica del mese. Il personale gentilissimo mi ha consentito di riposarmi e abbandonare l'hotel alle 16 poichè avevo riposato male durante la notte. Purtroppo ho dormito poco a causa delle ambulanze che partivano durante la notte a sirene spiegate dalla vicina postazione della croce rossa o altra associazione. Alla domanda che segue vorrei rispondere ni!.
