Reception staff were willing to call for a taxi and were helpful in that respect. Our hotel room was far too small for 2 people. No space between the single beds, which should be the case for twin occupancy. Very small bath suitable only for a child. Not everyone is satisfied with a shower when they have been walking around rome all day! Hotelnot clean enough. |

I have to think about it There was no sign board on the roof top or facing teh main road showing the name of the hotel , which the guest was facing problems to ask for direction from shoppers who has no ideas of the exisiting of your hotel |

Its close proximity to the very fairly priced Rome Metro made this a very attractive base for touring. Its location within the suburbs was also useful to reach by car - without going to the centre! The breakfast menu was quite acceptable. For breakfast, the "below ground level" restarant was tolerable for heat, however, we did not venture here for an evening meal and the local pizzeria got all of our evening trade. Also - I requested a car parking slot which seemed to be ignored, however, there is adequate free on street parking outside the hotel on the quiet one way street. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was good (although no toaster so thus no toast). Good selection of products apart from that. The rooms were spacious and clean with good size bathroom. My room had a basic design which came with the price. Safe on floor of cupboard. Hangers, drawers, hairdryer, basic soap packets. TV with mostly Italian channels with a fuzzy CNN. Blackout curtain The room was situated up on the 1st floor and the house keeping phone rang from 0700 in morning. Not for long but often. The distance away from the city centre mean you paid extra for travelling back to change to go out again. The price of tickets could be be added onto the daily bill so making the bargain price not so bargain. Agree that a strong walker could walk into centre. |

Hotel's location is good and the staff speak good English. We also found it nice that the street was quiet. Breakfast was ok but it should have more variation. The tv had an extremely lousy picture despite the fact that we requested the staff to fix it (they tried but failed miserably). The overall soundproofing between the rooms was rather poor. The most disappointing thing was the presence of small insects in the bathroom. There was even one big cockroach - something you really do not expect to find. |
