日本人団体旅行客が宿泊していたので、安心感がありました。 コインランドリーがホテル近くにない為、不便さを感じました。 |

部屋はせまいがローマでは仕方がないと思う。 掃除は清潔だった。 水回りも設備が比較的新しく、快適だった。 朝食は、3つ星ホテルにしては良い方だと思う。 ホテル紹介に、スペイン広場等の中心地から10分程と書いていたが、地下鉄（７～８駅）を使った場合、最短- で20分はかかるので、修正すべき。 1) 5泊予約していたが、初日のみ水回りの故障のため別のホテルに回された。その際、4つ星ホテルだからという- ことでやむ終えずホテルを変更することに同意したが、どうみても4つ星ランクとは言えないひどい部屋に泊ま- らされた。それに対するホテルからの正式な謝罪もない。 2) ホテルから空港までのタクシー料金を尋ねたところ、「一般のタクシーなら70～80ユーロ位、うちのホテル- の送迎なら60ユーロだ」といわれ、一般のタクシーを使ったところ40ユーロしかかからなかった。自前の送- 迎サービスで稼ぐための回答だったと思われる。 |

The hotel is about 200 m away from the Cornelia metro station and just three stops away from the City of Vatican. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day, the rooms were spacious for two (as you'd expect from a 3* hotel), breakfast was plenty and diverse. There's an elevator for older people. We enjoyed our stay a lot. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great for getting around Rome via the Metro. This was a true cost savings as far as transportation went. The eleavator was very small, fits only 2 people without luggage or 1 with a suitcase. But this would not keep us from returning to the Waldorf next time we return to Rome. |

excellent location (5 minute walk from the A-line Underground). Excellent continental breakfast, flawless cleaning, irreproachable service friednly and helpful staff- safe neighbourhood no weak points worth mentioning |

excellent breakfast,friendly staff,very clean,nice double rooms,5 minutes walk to metro station, value for money....very good choise very thin walls,there was a problem at first night and couldn't give us the 2 double rooms we have booked...instead they gave us 4 single rooms.in the morning they gave us the 2 double rooms wich where very good. |

We liked the great breakfast that was served. It was in a very quiet area and very easy to fall asleep. Room was small and bathroom very small. Hotel is a little too far away from main tourist area that we wanted to go to. |

The staff was so helpful, especially the man who checked us in when we arrived on 23 October afternoon. Breakfast was so good and had big variety. The hotel has a good value for money. The room was a bit too small for 4 people. |

The hotel is really close to a metro station and you can be at the historic center in 15-20 min. It's a clean hotel. Rich breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood. The soundproofing in this hotel was not really good (but this maybe because our room was next to the elevator). |

- The location of the hotel was good. It was close to the metro station and bus station. - the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, a good opportunity to relax after a tiring city tour. - the breakfast was satisfying, a good variety of different style foods, people from different cultures can easily find something to eat there. - The WI-FI signal was not strong enough to reach the 2.floor. So, everytime I wanted to use the internet, I had to go downstairs to the lobby for a healthy signal. |

smelly, terrible localization, bad internet connection( chargerd 3 per hour) does not refelct the pictures inthe internet, they offerred an free night if i gave good review |

Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Near subway station. Our broken AC took 2 days to be fixed. In the end, we had to change rooms. |

The hotel was horrible. The pictures that they showed online was not of the hotel that we stayed in. The carpets were old and dirty and the breakfast was terrible The Service was unacceptable and there was no hot water and low pressure so don't expect to enjoy your shower |

The hotel was very clean, the stuff was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Also, it's a good choice as the price is unique for families and the metro station is really close. Though it takes 20 min to reach the centre either with bus or metro. Unfortunately, we found some bugs in the bathroom, even if they did clean it every day. |

Calm and nice rooms. Excellent service and kind staff (also speaking English). Hotel is near to the Metro A station. Every day prepared rich breakfast.. I would chose this hotel again. Technical problem occurred with toilette. |

We really liked the hotel. Stefano was great, he knows quite a few different languages and is very helpful. The room was good and the included breakfast was awesome - lots of variety. If is easy to walk to the metro station. about 600 meters from the hotel and it'll take you pretty close to the colloseum. The internet wasn't free. We got lucky with the parking, but i could see it could be a hassle. otherwise great hotel. |
