Hotel's location is good and the staff speak good English. We also found
it nice that the street was quiet.

Breakfast was ok but it should have more variation. The tv had an
extremely lousy picture despite the fact that we requested the staff to
fix it (they tried but failed miserably). The overall soundproofing
between the rooms was rather poor. The most disappointing thing was the
presence of small insects in the bathroom. There was even one big
cockroach - something you really do not expect to find.

The room was very clean and spacious.

It was not close to any of the sites at all. We figured out how to use
the Metro, but if you have only a few days in Rome stay somewhere closer
to the city center.

Excellent Facilities, room size, breakfast, services, professional staff at an affordable price.

Would appreciate coffee making facilities in the room, but overall a positive experience during our 5 night stay.

We upgraded to a superior room which was almost double the price of standard. The room was tiny with a very small window and was very dark. We complained we thought we were given the wrong room. We were shown to a slightly bigger room with bigger windows and more light. The room still wasn't superior but we didn't know if it was the best they had. Restaurant closed all week except for breakfast.

The bathroom was very good

The staff were not helpful particularly as I was a mature lady travelling alone very limited information was provided on check in similarly with any subsequent enquiries I made. The breakfast was not great and things eg bread were not replenished. Hotel is difficult to find. Staff gave no warning of transport strike.
